Terrible front desk hostess
Pros:

Omi was the hostess at the check-in desk on 8/6/2026. She was the rudest, snottiest, and most disinterested front desk clerk at any hotel we have ever encountered. Her attitude disqualifies her from her current job position. She reflects poorly on Jot’s Resort. In fact, she told me that I can always go find another hotel. Any hotel which dares to hire her to interface with guests does so at its peril.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at the Jot Hotel! The location was awesome and made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were super cute, very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. Everyone on the staff was so kind and welcoming, which made our stay even better. We’d definitely stay here again!

Cons:

Bathroom was small but functional. Swimming amenities were just okay, couldn’t get. The jets to work on the hot tub and the sauna was just okay as well.
