Great value for the price.
Pros:

Our refurbished room was roomy, well furnished and comfortable. The views of the river from our room were spectacular. The property is very conveniently located to Gold Beach. The rate was reasonable, and we enjoyed a restful overnight.

Cons:

The only drawback is no stairs to the upper story, just be forwarned.

Cons:

Unprofessional staff. $40 pet fee not disclosed. When I pointed this out, the receptionist said I was rude and could deny my stay. And that's what they did. Just as well, it probably would have been an unpleasant stay all around.

Pros:

The rooms were very clean. Comfy beds & linens. Great Shower! Nice Deck! Staff were really nice and accommodating.

Cons:

Nothing. It was a nice relaxing stay.

The location was great. The view is incredible.

Cons:

The bed was very hard. I tend to enjoy a much softer mattress.
Ants.... I understand that the coast is prone to them petty little things, but I don't want to see them while using the bathroom facilities.

The stairs the room was very nice except I went to put my food from the restaurant in the fridge and there was a bottle of rotten milk in there but other then that the room was perfect.

Room was sufficient for our stay, would probably stay again.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Location is awesome. Rooms have been updated, beds were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Rooms need some maintenance and a good cleaning. Rot in bathroom needs to be properly repaired, silicone around toilet and shower was nasty, a little bleach or new silicone would go a long ways.
