Some of it great, some not so great
Pros:

Very spacious, very clean. Excellent use of space with sofa, desk area, microwave and fridge. Bathroom laid out very well also, spacious, very clean. Shower was strong.

Cons:

1) Mattress on the king bed in our suite was awful. Very soft. We both tossed a lot during the night because it was uncomfortable.
2) While in the shower there are bottles of shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, the hotel no longer provides moisturizer body lotion. A small thing, but it was missed.
3) Having a side door is very convenient if your room is down the hall and your car is parked near it. But the room keys didnt open it! The lock lit green when scanned with the key, but the door wouldn't open. We were on the ground floor and kept hearing others pulling and trying the latch to no avail. Fix the lock in the side door!

It was very clean and check in was fast and easy

Cons:

Didn’t like that the whole rooms lights up when someone is using the bathroom due to the door design and also the breakfast was horrible and not fresh.

A restful civilized stay at Springhill Suites off I95 Lumberton
Pros:

From the professional, courteous staff at the front desk, to the room layout - above and beyond the norm of a hotel off I95...The room was modern, clean, comfortable - well designed. Bed was a joy to sleep on...the linens and pillows actually smelled fresh and clean. Didn't have to worry that the bed linens hadn't been changed in a while! I especially appreciated the digital alarm clock with night light. Breakfast area was clean, organized and tidy - perfectly acceptable american continental breakfast.

I would stay here again for sure!
Pros:

The property was well maintained, and the room was fantastic! We loved the amenities and thought everything about our stay, made it more comforting.

Cons:

Everything was great about our stay and the hospitality was outstanding! Staff made sure that we had everything we needed.

Pros:

Close to I 95. Pleasant and efficient staff. Great hotel, clean updated and pleasant to be in.

Cons:

Breakfast not especially interesting. Ran out of coffee both containers. Could have check it and kept one filled.
