All around fantastic!!!
Pros:

Everything was awesome. We had a room with 2 queen beds and the beds were clean and comfortable. The room was very new looking and even had a sitting area where the couch could be a spot for additional sleeping. Indoor heated pool and jacuzzi were great for the kids!!! The breakfast in the morning was also great with many different options. In addition, there is a pizza/ beer bar spot located right across the main entranceWe will definitely stay here again. Thank you

Clean and comfy!
Pros:

My family and I stayed stayed here overnight and they were so welcoming. It was the middle of night and we needed some rest before continuing our travel up 95. Our room was very clean and comfy and cool, set for us to grab a great nights sleep. Thank you Josefina for having our room clean and ready for us! And thank you to the desk staff that welcomed us in! We would definitely stay here again!

Liz! is the best FRONT DESK ASSISTANT. This is the only hotel i stay at when i visit Lumberton North Carolina. Because of the hospitality and service I will always come to this hotel.

Great breakfast, excellent experience
Pros:

Great overnight experience. Very clean, no malfunctions, great and free breakfast, safe area, lovely outdoor seating and walking area, excellent location just off I-95 but no road noise. My only complaint is that the a/c blew cold air directly at the bed, so it was too cold at times while sleeping, but despite this I'd book again if passing through. Also, the trundle bed looks very comfy and convenient though we didn't use it. Couch was super comfy.

Welcoming and relaxing place to stay, will stay again

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff was friendly and efficient.
Pros:

Very large handicap room and bathroom. Very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

All handicap parking was full. Side parking had two steps. Should have a ramp to make it easier for handicapped people and others to enter the hotel from the side lot.
The handicap bath tub and bathroom floor felt slippery.

Soft landing for the night.
Pros:

Spacious suite with great layout. Like the remote for the curtains.
Could not get the master switch to work for outlets on lamp. Room got too cold. Was set to 68°, if turned up to 72° the auto a/c became too dormant making room stuffy. Dislike when box spring/mattress are placed on the floor in ADA rooms. Not sanitary and mattress was too soft, as well as the pillows. Use full size ironing boards in all rooms and keep down size at front desk for special request. Would like to see bright white lights in bathroom instead of natural light that’s dull. Lastly the concession snacks are outrageous, price gouging your guests. $9 for microwave meal, $6 for cookies, $8 beef jerky and $5 for soda. Need sweet tea options. Guest services were otherwise great.
