Nice rooms. Equipment is well maintained.

Cons:

Interaction with the office staff was weird. Check in is done remotelly through a machine, not clear why since there is a person behind the desk. We got 10 minutes early at 14:50 and were told to wait outside until 15:00 to get the key, although the room was ready with the key waiting on the counter. The outside of the room does not look like in the pictures. More like a condo with 4-5 of them in one building.

My stay was absolutely wonderful and I'm looking forward to coming back.
Pros:

I absolutely loved this property. It was quiet, clean and exactly what I was hoping for. The grounds are well kept and it was nice to walk to the river and watch the water. I will definitely be back.

Cons:

The only thing I could see that needed a bit of improvement was brighter lighting in the bathroom.

Great place on the river
Pros:

The room was big, though because the beds were big there wasn't much room between the wall and bed. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels which is helpful with the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped (though I usually bring a sharp knife) and there was also coffee, salt and pepper provided which is a little thing, but thoughtful in the kitchen. At check in there are games and books to borrow. The location was very close to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. And there was a wild turkey parade each morning.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little outdated, but lots of hot water and shampoo, soap and conditioner were provided.
