Very comfortable, clean, and quite! We will definitely be going back!
Nothing! Next time we want to try the cabins with the hot tubs
The cabin was very clean and the staff was very friendly and great
I wish I could find something to put here beyond the toilet was a bidet and was warm when you sat on it.
GPS had a very difficult time locating.
No one answered the phones when called only to find out when we did get to the property, the only physical person in the office spoke no English. When you walk into the office you have to speak a man on a kiosk who is clearly remote overseas to get any assistance.
The "office" is ONLY open from 3p-5p MT. Outside of those hours, you are on your own.
The individual cabins were great and a short scenic drive away from downtown Estes Park. The cabin layout itself was very nice and the bathroom was pleasant. Enjoyed getting to see the wildlife in the area as well. Would definitely return next time I make a trip to Colorado.
House keeping was not great about replacing used towels or removing trash. Do wish breakfast could have been included but our cabin came with a kitchenette, so can't complain much.
Beautiful scenery, very cozy. Perfect for an intimate and romantic get away
A cute cottage, bed was so very comfortable and it was a serene spot.
So quiet, thought we were the only people around for miles. Beautiful setting. Will definitely stay here again!
The location was great. The room was spacious and definitely worth the cost. Check in and check out were easy. The proximity to RMNP was great.
The staff were rude and unaccommodating. We had an issue with the blankets being clearly dirty. The man that manages the front desk was so aggressive, argumentative and unhelpful when we brought this up. This could have been such a minor issue but he immediately started fighting me, being unreasonable and fully ruined my morning/made me feel unsafe.
The area, the room was great!!
Not enough lights around area.
Didn't get to experience anything due to the fact that I showed up and there was supposed to be an envelope on the door with my room number showed up at 5:05 they say they leave at 5:00 very disappointing very unprofessional
Like I said very unprofessional other people might find this place and whoever runs it professional but I was in contact the whole time and it was still very unprofessional wouldn't even know about the room except for the fact that the light was on and the curtains were open but didn't have a key to get in
Location was great. Short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park and to downtown Estes Park.
Our unit was attached to another unit with just a door between and we could hear them plainly talking late into the night.
Also, the hot tub was not up to temp and nobody in the office when we called to ask for help. And there seemed to be a lot of junk piled around the property including a large pile of wood/brush/and branches that looked like they had been there a long time, an old dilapidated hot tub and other furniture just piled up under trees.
Max was very pleasant. Check in was quick and easy. Room was that of a typical cabin but the hot tub was exceptional!
