Cons:

Sofa bed, worst night sleep of my life, no TV in bedroom. Room location did not provide a view of the river. Was woke up by construction noise right outside our room.

We really enjoyed our visit. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Pros:

Proximity to Estes Park and right on the river! Very relaxing!! Great spots around the property to sit. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom and appliances were also clean. New TV. Very quiet!! Very nice person at check-in/out!

Cons:

A few things were were a bit dated, but very comfortable!! Could’ve used a lamp in the main bedroom.

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Schöne Anlage. Gut organisiert bei später Ankunft. Guter Grill auf der Terrasse.

Great deal for Beautiful surroundings and Nice Cabins
Pros:

We loved the quaint little cabin right on the most beautiful river surrounded by trees! The bed was comfortable and the cabin had everything we needed.
Max was very accommodating and friendly. When I left some jewelry, he found it for me and mailed it to me; he wouldn't let me pay for the shipping! There is a great restaurant right down the road from Streamside on Fall River called the Wapiti Colorado Club.
Downtown Estes Park is only 5 minutes away. We will definitely come back!

My second home in Estes Park
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and with well equipped kitchen. Max from the reception desk was a very kind person, always helpful and friendly. The location by Fall River is amazing, close to the RMNP entrance and not far from downtown Estes Park. This is a place I would not hesitate to return to.

The cabin was well equipped with all you need for your stay.
The small river flows near by was very nice and we felt in the middle of the forest.
The location in only 3 miles from the Rocky mountains NP.

Streamside is a nice quiet place to stay, and close to RMNP.
Pros:

The cabin I stayed in was really cute and had a huge patio, which was perfect for spotting the local wildlife. I was visited by a marmot, a family of deer and turkeys. I will definitely be back.

Cons:

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable.
