The stay was amazing and memorable for my entire family.
Pros:

I like that it was private! I liked the area, it was very beautiful. Between the mountains and the creek. We seen turkey. It was the best place we’ve ever stayed at while in Estes. Our next trip is already booked!

We love the property. The bed was super hard and could not shit the bedroom door with the bed being so large for the spa

Great communication, spotless cabin, perfect location, and I’d happily return.
Pros:

From my first interaction with Max regarding a late check-in through to checkout, everything was absolutely great. The location and directions were perfect, and the cabin was immaculately clean with a lovely, welcoming touch. I would definitely love to come back!

Great getaway
Pros:

We chose this location as a quick getaway from Denver for the weekend. The check-in process was pleasant, Max at the front desk was so helpful. We learned that the cabin that we stayed in was recently re-built (after being burned in the fire) with modern amenities; heated toilet, jacuzzi tub, LVP flooring, upgraded WIFI etc. We were visited by the local turkeys and elk (normal for Estes). Our room was very clean and comfortable.

This place was amazing
Pros:

The Streamside is located in an exceptional spot, near to downtown but surrounded by forest. Cabins are very comfortable and full equipped.

Nice rooms. Equipment is well maintained.

Cons:

Interaction with the office staff was weird. Check in is done remotelly through a machine, not clear why since there is a person behind the desk. We got 10 minutes early at 14:50 and were told to wait outside until 15:00 to get the key, although the room was ready with the key waiting on the counter. The outside of the room does not look like in the pictures. More like a condo with 4-5 of them in one building.

Buyer beware
Pros:

Cabin was ok, dishwasher was not working. Located on the river. We have stayed here before and had decided to come back and rent a cabin with a hot tub. We used the hot tub each night for about on hour each time. We read the instructions on what to do and not do. Also, not our first time using a hot tub. When we arrived home we received a email saying that we had “trashed” the hot tub and that it had to be drained and we would be charged an additional $250. We called Max and he said that according to his hot tub expert it was so cloudy that you couldn’t see the bottom and had to be drained. Buyer beware, take pictures of the water before and after you use it. We got in the hot tub at night and so we can’t say if it was clear when we got in the first night.
