Location, peaceful and quiet, beautiful nature all around
Nothing
Ruim opgezet park, gebouwen met ca 8 studio’s staan ver uit elkaar. Prima studio, alles aanwezig. Je kunt ook buiten zitten.
Wow, what’s not to like? Our only regret? Not staying longer! A beautiful property right by the river just outside of town.
Location was beautiful and cabin was so cute and clean
The stream out back
90 degrees out could have used air conditioning opened windows they were covered in cob webs . Owner was rude or manager not sure who he was showed up 230 and he was disgusted because checking was at 3 and pointed out the signs that said so .signs also said no pets but almost everyone staying there had pets guess only wants to enforce his pick of signs
What a fabulous little oasis - set back from the road just enough that, with the river right there, one didn't notice the road at all! Such sweet little cottages and Max was super helpful.
The only thing that was a shame was that the county hadn't cleared the hiking trail yet so I had to walk on the trail beside the road.

Loved the closeness to the National Park and being right on Fall River. Suite was clean, front desk friendly!
The pullout couch was not comfortable, a little dated
Location.
Kitchen was not stocked very well. And there were some bugs inside
I do not know where to begin, because this is one of those rare places that leaves a profound mark on you. The property has stunning views, some of the cleanest rooms you could imagine, and a full kitchen with everything needed for cooking or a longer stay. We stayed in a suite with a lovely living area, kitchen, bedroom, and patio, and with Fall River flowing right in front of us, it truly felt like a special place.
The property itself is peaceful and beautifully maintained, with so many birds around that it adds to the quiet charm of the stay. Housekeeping also deserves special mention, because they keep the place absolutely spotless. Every corner felt cared for, clean, and thoughtfully prepared.
The location is excellent, about three miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance and only a couple of miles from downtown Estes Park, which makes it both convenient and peaceful.
What stood out to us even more than the property itself was our incredibly kind host, Max. Max is truly one of a kind. I only wish more guests would take the time to speak with him, to learn from his wisdom, kindness, and the care he puts into making this property such a wonderful place to stay.
Our only regret is that we did not have more days here. For me, this was more than just a great stay; I feel like I found a friend in Max. This place is truly amazing, and it is far too special for us not to visit again. I cannot wait to be back.
Location, cleanliness, quiet, professional and friendly.

The location was perfect.
Location and size of room.
Strict rules. Office only open at 3:00 pm. No one there most of the time. We ran out of toilet paper, only had 1 roll, and we had to go looking for staff.
Nice and peaceful environment
GPS guide us the wrong place at the beginning. Try to contact property by phone and message, didn’t get response till next day.
Owner was nice and attentive . Location was perfect
Maybe update interiors
Staff were all friendly, it’s quiet and love the river
The shower curtain liner wasn’t the right size so you had to be super careful not to step on it and fall
