The hotel is old and badly worn. Even my bedsheets had a massive worn patch and they thought this was appropriate to put on.
The photos are clearly very old and do not depict how worn the whole hotel is.
The area is not convenient to any big malls or anything tourists might enjoy.
A grab back to the airport was P350. Hotel shuttle wanted P500. Im pretty sure I was the only guest in the hotel and the driver had been stood at the door all morning doing nothing. The hotel/he would rather sit all morning with no work and nothing to do than take 350 pesos. They actually told me it was better to get grab before I even asked them.the price.
The staff was nice
The property wasn't well maintained. The pool wasn't nice. It's okay for one night but not okay for aholiday.
Friendly staff.
A hotel which has seen its best days long ago. Quite far e. g. from SM mall. Only restaurant was Korean. Restaurant without ambition (dirty tablett clothes, plastic plates).
Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Not value for money TBH
. Negatives... Internet was intermittent and sometimes nonexistent boasted cable channels but again they had none The TV had apps such as Netflix Youtube etc but useless with the intermittent or no internet signal at all.. Paid for daily breakfast but that was a mistake as they only serve spicy left over Korean food.. restaurant menu again only limited spicy Korean dishes.

Staff was great TV was terrible only 3 channels
There were bugs in room and hallways. I am disabled so we needed somewhere with elevator. Hotel description says that there is elevator and there is none. Lost power on second night and my family and I left after night 2 of 8 night booking with no refund . Had to pay 1000 pesos deposit for second key. Tried to charge again for 11yr old child but was clearly charged already from Expedia. Front door staff harassed family members for dropping us off and picking us up. When showed the staff pictures and videos of bugs was dismissed and ignored.

The room was not even close to the pictures you guys have on your site. The mattresses was discussing, the furniture was all scratched up. The pools were very very dirty. I had to book a room at Park Inn by Radisson Clark. So much better!!!!
