Le rat dans la salle du petit déjeuner, l’inondation des toilettes dans la douche, les draps tachés, les petites « bêtes noires » type fourmis, dans les draps et sur les murs, l’odeur de moisissure, les taches de moisissure sur les murs et au plafond, certaines chambres sans fenêtre, pas d’ascenseur, très mal insonorisé, literie très inconfortable.
La rue est mal fréquentée et très bruyante.
Nous avions réservé 5 chambres doubles, aucune n’était conforme aux photos. État général insalubre.

Fantastic location and value for a no-frills, short-term stay.
Pros:

Great Value & Logistics: It is an ideal, budget-friendly option for last-minute bookings when you just need a quick place to nap and close your eyes.

Excellent Location: The property is situated within easy walking distance of several local spots, and the convenient location makes hailing affordable Grab rides incredibly simple.

Manageable Layout: While the property only has stairs, managing the extra steps isn't a major issue if you don't mind a little light exercise.

Cons:

Lack of Hot Water: The showers only had cold water in the 3rd floor.

No Elevator: The property features stairs only, meaning you will have to carry your luggage up without any elevator access. This wasn't a problem for me but for some it may be.

Great location in District 1!!
Pros:

Great location in District 1!!  Only 5 minutes walk from the bus station (get the 109 orange bus from the airport) and only 10 minutes to Bui Vien Street.  Great communication from Mr Benny via email and I asked for a room on the highest floor available which was on floor 6 with no lift, but the stairs weren't a problem and it was quiet.  Mr Benny did say I could change my room if I wanted, but I kept it.  Big shout out to the night receptionist, Mr An, who ordered taxis for me and was very helpful too.  The hotel allowed me to leave my case here while I went to Phu Quoc for a few days which I really appreciated.  Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!  Comfortable room with double bed, air-con and a private bathroom.  Enjoy 😀
