DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING HERE
Pros:

The staff appear to have a policy of booking you into their main hotel , the one at Anand Lok, then moving you out to one of their two sister hotels, when and whenever the fancy takes them.
This happened to me TWICE IN ONE TRIP - when you come back in the evening and they tell you they no longer have a room and it is night time, you have no choice but to move.
These two others in their chain are appalling - dirty, in need of significant renovation, and clearly would get no bookings if they put them on-line. So this way they deceive you with thinking you are booked in at Anand Lok, then they simply move you. As a single woman, travelling alone, this borders on the criminal in my mind.
The first time I moved calmly, after all, anyone can make a mistake and double book; second time they did this to me it turns out there was a party of 20 French visitors, clearly more lucrative than me arriving, so they simply turfed me out to make room.
After that, despite having paid in advance, I shifted out of fear for my safety and rebooked another, more reputable, establishment

Pros:

Misleading adds – no airport shuttle, balcony promised of overlooking the city centre, but a large dirty building was blocking this view.
Beers are £3 the dearest ive paid in the whole of India
Overcharged us for the dinner lunch menu!
Advertised spa services online, got there, they said yes the spa service are a 10 minute taxi away not part of the hotel at all.
Roof top balcony offered..but only for staff management.
