Wonderful breakfast, excellent location
Pros:

Breakfast buffet is extremlly good! Varierty dishes, good taste, nice restaurant and frendly staffs! Hotel locates in the heart of the accient Hanoi, easy to get by foot to famous places. In the picture is " Phở Hà Nội" with the rice noodle made by the chef of hotel! Really different, try it when you stay here.

Very pleasant
Pros:

Mai Hoa helped us in our breakfast. She was very pleasant and served us very well. The spread was excellent and catered to all tastes and cultures. Mai Hoa helped us to pick dishes based on our tastes and likes. Would recommend families and couples to this beautiful place.

Poorly maintained hotel. Lacks even adequate power points. Housekeeping is poor. Lobby doors are always kept open.
Pros:

Old hotel. Needs renovation. Not enough electives points. No point near the coffee / tea amenities to use the kettle. Poor housekeeping. Property not maintained well.
Even table lamps are not kept connected.
The electric kettle is a fire hazard. The auto switch does not work. Hot water system is poor.

Pros:

Average hotel in central Ha Noi. Rooms were ok but rather dated. Felt like something out of the 1990's.
Breakfast was in the ground floor dining room. Food ok but nothing special. Staff very friendly. Surrounding area had some ok restaurants
