das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen, mit Blick auf den St. Moritzersee. Sehr schöner Speisesaal mit vielen Fensterplätzen, gutes Essen, feines und reichhaltiges Frühstück

"Estoy sumamente molesto por el trato denigrante que recibí. Es un insulto a mi inteligencia que intenten justificar su error diciendo que la recepcionista no entendió la situación. Yo le puse mi teléfono frente a sus ojos con la reserva clara y confirmada. Que el hotel prefiera dejar a un cliente sin desayunar antes que solucionar un problema de su propio software es vergonzoso. Su respuesta posterior es una burla y demuestra que no tienen el más mínimo respeto por quienes pagamos por sus servicios. Espero una solución inmediata a este atropello."
The most valuable thing during our one day accommodation was King size bed. After checking in the hotel we were given the opportunity to use the sauna, included in the price of our stay. The next day we enjoyed the wide selection of the breakfast options.

La posizione perfetta. La vista dalla mia camera e la vista dalla sala da pranzo bellissime. Il whisky bar con più etichette al mondo!
La spa.
Die Lage und unser Hotelzimmer mit rundum Seesicht plus Balkon mit Abendsonne war sensationell. Das Abendessen hervorragend in einem traumhaften Speisesaal mit toller Aussicht.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Der A-la-carte-Service im Speisesaal könnte jedoch professioneller sein (Kleinigkeiten - je nach Kellner - wie: lange Wartezeiten zur Bestellaufgabe, nicht benutztes Besteck wird nicht immer abgeräumt, Flaschenwein wird nicht konsequent nachgeschenkt, etc.). Trotzdem, das Personal sehr freundlich.
Beim Frühstück - das zwar umfangreich ist - wird das Buffet leider nicht automatisch aufgefüllt! Um 09:00 h ist und bleibt vieles halb leer/leer. Dabei wird Frühstück von 7:00-11:00 h serviert. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Room was compact for such a price, but then it is St Moritz
Mooi gelegen hotel aan het meer. En fijn dat je gebruik kon maken van de wellness. Op de kamer lagen een badjas en slippers die je hiervoor kon gebruiken, en in de wellness lagen extra handdoeken
Jammer dat je maar een uur naar de wellness mocht. Het was er erg rustig toen ik er was, dus ik vond het jammer om er weer uit te gaan.
