Great location at the end of the lake and close to the train station. Although the room we were initially allocated was extremely small and cramped the staff readily agreed to move us to a much nicer, larger room. We had great views of the lake and the mountains from the balcony outside the room.
Access to the balcony was a bit unusual requiring stepping up some wooden steps to exit the room through a large patio window. The heating system in the room also took a bit of figuring out. The hotel is up quite a steep climb from the lake, and we didn't find out until the last day that there is a lift from the rear of the car park.

An amazing location right on the lakefront — probably the best location and the best view in St. Moritz. The restaurant was excellent as well. I liked absolutely everything.

Lage ist einmalig...das Haus liegt direkt am See und ermöglicht schöne Spaziergänge mit dem Hund. Zudem etwa 2 Minuten von der Bahnstation und genügend Parkplätze. Ess-Saal mit Panoramablick auf den See und grossen Kronleuchtern haben mir gut gefallen...Abendessen-und Frühstücksbüffet mit regionalen Spezialitäten ausgezeichnet. Servicepersonal freundlich.
Ich hatte das günstigste Einzelzimmer, welches schon sehr knapp bemessen ist. Das Klappbett ist recht hoch und schmal birgt die Gefahr, dass man runterfallen könnte. Der Wellnessbereich war erst ab 15.00 Uhr geöffnet, was ich bei einem fast ausgebuchten Hotel nicht so toll fand. Einrichtung könnte mancherorts ein kleines Refreshment vertragen. Damen am Empfang könnten etwas zuvorkommender sein

Nous sommes dans l'un pays avec une diversité de fromage immense. J'aurais apprécié que dans ce cas des indications de l'origine et du fromage présenté aurait été parfait.
