A Nice Stay for Two
Pros:

My wife and I stayed here for the last part of our honeymoon, and it was a good stay. The hotel had excellent views of the lake and the slopes, and the room was very nice. The room had plenty of storage for clothing and ski gear, as well as a lockable gear room for equipment throughout your stay. The breakfast was fair. They offered a variety of traditional European breakfast options, such as cured meats, cheeses, and fruits, as well as more American-style options, such as scrambled eggs and sausage. If you want a certain table at breakfast, try to make a reservation so you can sit along the wall of windows and get quality views. The spa is quite nice, but it uses a reservation system, so I would recommend reserving early to ensure you have plenty of options. Some things that could be improved at the hotel would be room cleanliness. The overall room was very clean, but if you look in the corners, along the ceiling, and around the lights, you can see cobwebs and some dust. Additionally, if you do choose to eat at the restaurant, try to request a server who speaks English in your reservation notes. My wife and I felt like we were forgotten in the corner by our server, and we had to wait 30 minutes for the bartender to come over, take our drink orders, and discuss the menu with us. Also, their shuttle service is good in the mornings; however, the service ends quite early at 4:45, so even if you arrive on the train at 4:35, you will have to get an expensive taxi or walk with your luggage to the hotel from the train station, and the hill up to the hotel is steep if you have luggage.

Beaucoup d'argent pour un hotel médiocre
Pros:

Uniquement l'emplacement, vue magnifique sur le lac. L'hôtel est beau de l'extérieur... que de l'extérieur
Difficile d'en dire plus sur ce que nous avons aimé...

Cons:

Personnel pas très sympa, toujours sur le téléphone portable. La chambre n'était pas accueillante, triste et rend depressif. Même pas de déco. Meubles simples, "cheap" (pas comme le prix). Deux nuits à plus de CHF 1'100.-- ça ne les vaut pas, mais alors pas du tout.
L'eau du jaccuzzi était froide, hyper désagrable. Il y avait des linges qui trainaient partout et plus un seul verre propre pour se faire un thé.

Pros:

Wunderschöne Lage direkt am See und Bahnhof. Genügend Parkplätze inkl. im Hotelpreis. Wenn man länger an der Piste bleibt, kann mN kostenlos Buslinie 601von Signal bis zum Bhf nutzen, weil der Hotel Schuttelbus nur bis 15:45 Uhr fährt. Sankt Moritz ist sowieso ein der schönste Städte Europas, klein, übersichtlich, freundlich. 3 x Museum, 2 x Coop und Sogar Lidl hat es auch. Also wenn Menschen erzählen, Sankt Moritz wäre überteuert, stimmt nicht.... Skipass bekommt man durch Hotel deutlich günstiger als auf der Piste. Im Hotel gibt's schöne Sauna, Dampfbad, Wirlpool, kleibe Sofa Ecke und 1 Räumchen mit 2 Liegen. Es gibt da auch jede Menge Teeauswahl mit Wasserkocher und Bechern. Handtücher und Haartrockner mit Schränken zum Abschließen. Bademantel und Hotelschlappen hat man im Zimmer. Wunderschöne See Aussicht vom Frühstücksaal und das Frühstück ist auch lecker, es mangelt an nichts. Skiraum befindet sich direkt da, wo Hotelbus steht. Das Hotel organisiert auch schöne Programme für die Gäste. Wir dürften an einer Veranstaltung über Finnland teilnehmen und finnisches Bier probieren.

Cons:

Der Hotel Bus zur Piste fährt jede halbe St. einmal war er 15min zu spät und einmal ist er 2 Minuten früher losgefahren, obwohl mich der Busfahrer gesehen hat und ich winkte ihm und habe gerufen, dass ich im Skiraum meine Ski hole und mitkomme... ja und der Busfahrer fuhr einfach ohne mich. das war sehr enttäuschend, weil im Bus noch ein Platz frei war. Aber der Busfahrer war in 10min zurück und hat mich sogar zu Signal gefahren, wie freundlich....trotzdem habe ich mit ihm geschimpft!!! der Hotel Bus fährt nur bis zum Bahnhof und Corvigila.

Wir haben nicht gewusst, dass wir beim Frühstück ein Tisch reservieren müssen. Man wird vom Personal laut ermahnt, wenn man frei ein Tisch wählt... Das italienische Personal schreit über ganzen Frühstück Saal und wenn das Geschier weggeräumt wird, tun sie es sehr laut...das stört so zimmlich die Ruhe. Wenn wir etwas länger gemütlich frühstücken wollen, werden wir schon gestört und böse angesehen .. Das hat uns nicht gefallen.... Immer kam die Frau und störte mit "Signora, sind sie fertig....? etc." und es gab kein zusätzliches Besteck zur Verfügung, ich kann doch nicht ein Messer für Marmelade und Wurst nutzen.... das würde gehen.... aber das Personal hat es schon weggeräumt und signalisiert, dass wir gehen sollen ... wie schade, weil das Hotel nicht überfüllt war und Frühstück Saal war zu 30% voll. Unter den Säftekannen war ganze Woche das gleiche schmutziges Stoffdeckchen, unausgetauscht. Der Teppich Boden war auch nicht gerade sauber. Allgemein war der wunderschöne Frühstück Saal mit der tollen See Aussicht nicht sauber, weil das Personal weniger auf die Sauberkeit achtet, sondern es achtet darauf, was die Gäste auf dem Tisch haben und dass die Gäste schnell gehen ... Das fanden wir unpassend.

Pros:

Historical hotel that faces the lake which is currently frozen during my stay. Convenient location & short walk to main train station. Shuttle service provided & requested from station to hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, no show from the hotel driver though it was requested for pick up with train’s arrival. There was a slight delay from the original train’s arrival. I was not familiar with the environment & had to pay Chf20 for a short ride from the station to the hotel up the hill. I could have walked to the location! I felt cheated on the cost of the fare. Upon arrival the Reception staff had a slight attitude when I mentioned about the transfer.

Famous hotel with a beautiful view
Pros:

We loved the breakfast in particular. The view was beautiful and the breakfast was good with lots of choices. We also appreciated the Whiskey bar, which has the biggest Whiskey collection in the world, and the spa. The staff was also lovely and helpful.

Cons:

The parking space was a bit crowded, but we could find a spot most of the time.

Lage direkt am See. Frühstück gut, Zimmer sauber.

Zimmer recht spärlich ausgestattet für den Preis.
Rezeptionspersonal katastrophal.. recht unfreundlich. Geben einem null Infos, alles nur auf Nachfrage, zB dass man erst ab 07:30 auschecken kann (fast alle Gäste wollten früh zum Engerdiner Skimarathon an dem Tag). Auch das Auto musste man sofort nach Checkout wegfahren. Für den Preis hätte ich echt mehr erwartet.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Das Einzelzimmer war sehr härzig, sauber und schön ausgestattet. Und die Aussicht auf den See war traumhaft! Sehr nettes Personal und sehr leckeres Frühstück darf auch erwähnt werden.
