Pros:

Le confort de la chambre, le restaurant toujours délicieux , le personnel très gentil

Cons:

J'espère que les travaux vont vite se terminer ! Ça gâche un peu le bazar devant l'hôtel et compliqué de trouver à se garer du coup! Mais ça n'est pas de la faute de l'établissement

Escapade incontournable pour se détendre en Alsace.
Pros:

Deuxième séjour et jamais déçu. Chambre impeccable malgré des travaux en cours.
Les installations détentes sont super. Et le restaurant un délice.

Cons:

Un peignoir dans la chambre pour la piscine mais c’est un détail sans importance.

Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig mit einem tollen Blick in Richung historische Altstadt. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Schwimmbad war uns nach einer langen Wanderung sehr willkommen.

Personnel très accueillant, très bon petit déjeuner et le soir nous avons été manger au restaurant de l'hôtel personnel très agréable et de bons conseils nous avons très bien mangé merci à vous

Cons:

Nous étions dans la partie ancienne donc la chambre 213 l'inconvénient : salle de bain et douche un peu trop petite et on entendait parler à travers les chambres.

La chambre réservée sur BOOKING.COM ne correspond pas à mes attendes
Pros:

la gentillesse du personnel, le restaurant bien que le choix soit restreint, le petit-déjeuner très correct et copieux.
la piscine et le sauna.

Cons:

la vétusté de l'hôtel, la chambre 119 petite, les sanitaires vieillot, la salle de bain minuscule
