Rooms bit dated
Breakfast
Room wasn't that clean, the curtains were dirty dust on skirting boards, yellow stains on the outside of the toilet there was a stain on the wall near the bathroom sink.I could feel the springs in the mattress, the shower very old fashioned, curtain poles broken one plug socket no AC only one fan very hot and unbearable in the rm desite having the window open.Breakfast very good but that was it.very disappointed with the stay considering what it cost us to stay there.
The location and staff were fantastic
The room lacked enough plug points, one the fan and one for the tv.
Position
Dinner fully booked had to eat elsewere
Spacious room
Comfortable beds. Good location.
Front desk staff not very friendly .
A breakfast time has to be booked but we were not encouraged to pre book one in the hotel's booking information email so it ended up quite late.
There were not enough sockets in the room.
La ubicación
No tenía heladera ni caja de seguridad
We stayed in an apartment that was lovely and clean
There were no sockets near dressing table or mirror so was unable to dry hair etc and have a mirror so I was able to see what I was doing
Central in town
Room was tired restaurant was small couldn’t get a booking for breakfast or dinner
It was convenient for the city centre and was on the river and had parking although at an additional cost
Staff were not welcoming or particularly helpful.
Beds and pillows were very poor quality, rooms are tired and need updating. Wasn’t able to sit in the restaurant for breakfast as was told you had to book a time slot!! We were given a grab bag which was not appetising at all. The additional cost for parking meant the price was over £200 for the night… this was not good value for the experience we had.
The atmosphere was very relaxed. Garage system was excellent. The hotel is very close to everything, no complaints what so ever.
Nothing
Location good.
Expensive for what is provided.
Friendly and polite staff
Good location
Thought the price was excessive
No air conditioning in the room. The rooms are very warm
Location, breakfast, tourist information
Noise from plumbing and outside delivery vehicles. shower operation and shower head loose.
