Overall had a brilliant stay , lively town , comfortable apartment and lovely staff.
Pros:

Location was very good , a few minutes walk to town centre. The apartment was large , very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Beds were comfortable , shower was great .

Cons:

There wasn’t anything we disliked about the property , if I had to say something negative , maybe it could be made a little brighter with a lick of paint .

Great location, perfect for a 2 night stay and spoilt for choice of places to eat, but must book at the weekend.
Pros:

The best thing about the hotel is definitely the location. On the doorstep to the city easy walking to most of the key sights. Secondly the hotel was very clean throughout. Majority of staff were very very friendly with only a couple who didn’t look happy to be there. The bar area was lovely and comfortable with a lovely view overlooking the river. The room was basic but very clean and perfectly ok for a 2 night stay where we were out and about most of the time

Cons:

We didn’t eat in hotel except for Breakfast which was average, personally I did not enjoy the food or the coffee.
On one evening returning to the hotel after dinner for a drink in the bar admittedly it was very busy, however there were empty glasses on every table and stayed there for the duration of our time there. My wine was served to me in a hot glass taken directly from the glass washer. Also the bar had a horrible food smell.

Very Good Hotel
Pros:

The location was perfect and the room was spacious and comfortable with good facilities. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The restaurant was brilliant. The breakfast and evening meals were absolutely delicious.

Cons:

I prefer to have a proper shower cubicle rather than a shower over the bath.

Poor sleep
Pros:

Positive, breakfast they ask you to set a time, table is waiting and not over crowded.
Staff pleasant.
Negative- room 2, very noisy and dated. Constant buzz in room. Bathroom pipes distributed sleep, voices heard from bar and at breakfast time as corridor straight through from reception, more disruption to sleep.
