Good location and Clean , but poor structure that can’t sleep well
Pros:

It is decent and clean

Cons:

It is highly affected by traffic. Whenever a big vehicle passes, it generates not only noise but also vibration! You can feel that on your bad!

Great place to stay - welcoming staff and good facilities
Pros:

Ryan was exceptionally helpful and patient with us on check in, and all the staff were friendly.
Location is brilliant, with a short walk to everything.
Our room had a view of the river and the church spires across the city which was lovely.
Thanks also to the night staff who helped me get my partner to an ambulance and me checked out in a hurry at 3am.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing for the price - the kitchen had run out of items with an hour of service still to go.
