Pros:

Clean and stylishly decorated room, breakfast was nice

Cons:

The room was very small, TV located in the corner of a room looking away from the bed and the chairs - quite impossible to watch really.

Beautiful early 20th century period hotel
Pros:

Comfortable cost and quiet hotel in lovely surroundings. Nostalgic decor. Friendly helpful staff. Great food and good service. A lift to upper floor would have helped with my disability. However the hotel is a period early 20th century building which was not designed for a lift.

Lovely weekend away
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with lovely character. Staff were professional and friendly. Lovely relaxing stay. Great breakfast.

Excellent stay at this hotel, special mention for the young girl at breakfast service, Aylisia, very efficient, friendly and polite, a credit to the hotel.

Very comfortable and friendly hotel. Food was excellent and staff very attentive. Not a lot to do in Brora in February but lots of cosy areas to sit in hotel.

Fantastic hotel, highly recommend.
Pros:

The hotel was fantastic, picturesque location, great food for both evening meal and breakfast. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated.

Cons:

It was a little bit cold, but this could be forgiven as it was -6C outside and it is a big old building. The staff were happy to light the fire in the bar area which added to enjoyment while having a pint.

Great combination of comfort, relaxation and excellent food
Pros:

We only live around 90 minutes away and have passed the signs to the hotel hundreds of times but never stayed. Better late than never - great building, comfortable room, excellent food and friendly staff. Will need to find an excuse to come back!

Lovely anniversary treat on our way to Orkney .

Lovely location and we had a beautiful room - an upgrade as it was our anniversary . Breakfast was great !

Cons:

The restaurant was freezing cold . There were only us and one other couple in . Food was delicious but we were so cold 🥶
