Nice welcome and clean room.
Expensive for a glass of wine £11.50
Very elegant building with overworked staff and food that does not live up to expectations.
Paying £250 for one night in what was pictured as a stunning room and then discovering that the image was randomly associated to the description of the room
Very clean, bed so comfortable. Staff were great.
Nothing was perfect for us.
Lovely hotel, great location. Staff were all very friendly and helpful
Nothing
Beautiful hotel, well maintained, quality, nice bar
We got booked in disabled room, less comfortable, mirror and taps too low.
Great beachside location. Dinner and breakfast fine. Comfortable room. Easy drive from Inverness airport.
It was all fine.
location was great, Loved the ambience of the hotel
check out and morning staff were genuine and engaging
Felt on arrival the staff were not so genuine and welcoming as other hotels. He was going through the motions. Resturant service at dinner and breakfast kept forgetting us and not as attentive. Most of all I was disappointed that there was no bagpipe playing! (I was told by a friend it was at breakfast) .
Public rooms were smartly decorated
Very overpriced with misleading description - no sea view or sounds as that’s a walk away with steep/uneven access. The expensive junior suite was right at the back through numerous and noisy fire doors, totally unsuitable for people with access limitations. Stained and scratched desk, flies in ceiling lights, many chips on paintwork, mould on shower seals. Standard double bed - not large. View of building works - with no warning or compensation. Food was OK but also very overpriced. Sea too far away to be seen or heard from hotel. Service charge applied even if you buy a drink from the bar and carry it yourself!
Great feel, airy, comfortable and clean
Nothing really, well the pool wasn’t open.
Very stylish hotel and full of character. Food was largely excellent despite a few minor blemishes.
No view at the rear
Kostenloses Parken vorm Hotel
We stayed a night here at this dog friendly hotel at the first stop on the NC500. A lovely hotel with a very friendly and helpful receptionist. We ate at the nearby Golf Club, but breakfast at the hotel was very good.
Lovely hotel, impressive accommodation, warm and friendly welcome. Excellent location, less than a ten minute walk from the train station, the beach and the golf course.
