Good nice breakfast
Fantastic place
All the staff girls were 100% helpful and friendly to say the least
Especially sabrina
Lovely pool
Just so sad that place is closing down when we ve only just found it
Great location and surroundings
The staff were exceptional
?
What a beautiful hotel! The bonus of a heated pool was the icing on the cake!
All the staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel was in a beautiful and ideal location for our trip.
The doors to the units must be closed with a bang. Don’t go on a weekend. They have weddings etc and the drunken louts next door to me caused me to move to another room at 3am. Shower door leaked water onto the floor in a large puddle. You can hear everything in your room. Wouldn’t recommend.
Liked the hotel. Felt a little isolated
Absolutely wonderful stay, the staff there are some of the most helpful staff i have ever come across. We were there for a wedding and the morning of the wedding any staff that we came across and asked for help it was done - couldnt fault the stay at all
Sabrina on the front desk is always welcoming, all staff friendly
Very good, breakfast was very nice, our room 102 was lovely and quiet with good view of the gardens. Needs a bit of TLC in places but overall for the cost a very good stay in a great location.
Check in was welcoming. Car park to entrance was far. Room was in attic. Small room the desk side chair cushion worn so uncomfortable to work from. Dinner service staff not suitably trained. Breakfast was average. Much improvement required.
Everything in the gym is broken and the mattress is really uncomfortable. Bottom end budget hotel with a garden
Lovely rooms, lovely staff, excellent stay!
This is our second stay at The Derougemont Manor and it was great. This time we stayed in a family room which had plenty of space for a family of four including a travel cot.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and remembered us from our previous visit.
Breakfast was very tasty and had a good range for continental options.
We look forward to staying again soon.
Very nice staff. Good food. Dated but clean. The only complain I have is that you need to pay for Latte Caffe. That’s rather disappointing for 4 star hotel.
Staying away for work, overall the hotel is ok. The Staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. Can’t fault the food or the menu as there is plenty to choose from.
Beds are not that comfortable and TV’s need updating.
Fantastic one night stay, meal in restaurent was superb
Staff at this place are amazing and can’t do enough for you, rooms are always spotless. Food is very hit and miss, can be good or can be bad depending on what you order from the very limited menu that apparently is meant to change monthly but it doesn’t. Main reason to go to this hotel is the staff are great, might be worth eating elsewhere though.
Really friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the room was noisy as it was at the top of a staircase
