Everything was great. Clear check-in instructions, easy to find, great central location with lots of shops and cafes nearby. The room was clean and cozy. It maintained a good temperature; the air conditioner cooled me down in the morning, and it wasn't too hot in the evening. I stayed alone for two nights, and I was comfortable. The room wasn't large and basic. There wasn't enough natural light in the morning; the window overlooked a nearby building. But that's a characteristic of the old town, so everything was fine.

Boa comunicação com o proprietário. Portadas que permitem obscurecer o quarto.

Cons:

Casa de banho datada principalmente a zona de sanita e lavatório. Insonorização nula: ouvíamos todos os passos e conversas das pessoas que subiam as escadas e que não respeitaram o horário de descanso. A porta de entrada ficou aberta durante a noite (devido a avaria do fecho) e a porta do quarto não transmitia a segurança desejável.

La habitación contaba con aire acondicionado, lo que ayudó a descansar del calor que marcaban las temperaturas fuera.
Es una habitación pequeña, pero con lo necesario, un gran balo con una ducha muy cómoda y la cama está muy bien
Fue un lujo poder dejar las maletas en el hotel guardadas bajo llave sin tener que preocuparse y poder usar la última mañana por palma con tranquilidad

Cons:

Faltan indicaciones para llegar a las habitaciones, había que aventurarse un poco subiendo las escaleras, pero no hay ningún cartel que lo indique

Pros:

We stayed here for a few days and had a great experience. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was perfect, close to the city center and with easy access to public transportation. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it!

Le séjour à l’hôtel s’est déroulé très à l’étroit, sans intimité et sombre. Mais au frais de la chaleur.

L’emplacement était bien nous étions au centre de palma avec un mercato à cinq minutes.

Disposition d’une clim dans le logement.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour trois nuits pour deux adultes et nous avions une chambre de 10 m² qui comprenait dans la pièce commune, la douche et le lit, puis une deuxième pièce avec un toilette et un lavabo. Cela correspondait à la dernière photo qui était annoncée sur Booking.

Nous nous attendions donc pas à être dans une telle chambre pour deux adultes.

De plus, les vitres étant en simple vitrage, nous entendons donc tout ce qui se passait dans la rue et nous étions au 1er étage donc visible de la rue ce qui nous obligeait à fermer le rideau ce qui nous coupait de toute luminosité de l’extérieur. Sans parler du l’isolement entre les appartements du hauts et le notre que nous entendions toute la nuit.

Ce logement disposer d’un petit frigo qui ne fonctionnait pas ou très peu. Et disposer aussi d’une télé qui était en allemand dont la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas.

Smidig incheckning med kodlås. Billigt och prisvärt i det avseendet. Smidiga skåp för att förvara bagage efter utcheckning. Perfekt för vår endagarsvistelse i Palma!

Cons:

Vårt rum hade en väldigt gnisslig säng och det var även väldigt lyhört, vaknade av ljud från gatan och huset bredvid som renoverades.
