Wspaniałe śniadania. Blisko na stok Alpe Lusia ski busem. Wypożyczalnia sprzętu narciarskiego (Mattioli) w tym samym budynku. Polecam mocno ten hotel.
Basen dodatkowo płatny 15 euro/osoba. Próbowano nam policzyć dodatkowo 43 euro za drinki w barze, za które już zapłaciliśmy. Taki niesmak na koniec pozostał.
Bardzo ładny hotel, czyste pokoje , wygodne łóżko. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne duży wybór, każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie. Same plusy a szczególnie lokalizacja, przystanek busów parę metrów od hotelu dojazd do stoku w parę minut darmowymi busami.

During the dinner the time of waiting for dishes was singnificantly longer as time of eating. It is true that we had a time for conversations but waiting 30 or 35 minutes is too long .

SPA non giustificabile pagamento di una quota extra (15€) giornaliera, perché la piscina aveva una temperatura di 28 gradi (tiepida poco piacevole). Sauna e bagno turco piccoli.
Cucina e servizio di ristorazione non all’altezza di un ristorante 4 stelle: servizio lento e personale di sala poco preparato.
Piatti a volte non corrispondenti al menu e di bassa qualità.
Dolci presenti nel buffet a inizio cena e a volte non sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti.

Camerieri bravi pero il maitre che discuteva problemi di lavoro con i camerieri davanti alla gente non e per niente una bella cosa. Si sentiva l’ansia che metteva ai camerieri
