10/10 great choice of hotel.
Pros:

Lovely hotel located just a block or two from busy streets so it’s nice and quiet but still not beyond walking distance from anything you’d want to do. The staff were delightful and very helpful in holding our luggage, helping us book shuttles, etc. the breakfast was delicious and great value. Our double room had a great view, was very clean and comfortable. En suite bathroom was clean and had a good shower. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay.
Pros:

The staff is amazing, kind, and go all the way to help you. They helped me book the tours we wanted to take and gave tips. The breakfast options are delicious and big, and you can take it right in a gorgeous patio. The room with mountain view offered a breaththaking perspective of the Acatenango and Fire volcanos, and if the sky is clear you can see the fire volcano activity from there. It’s just beautiful

Cons:

The room they put me in has a weird door for the bathroom just next to the bed, offering little privacy. Also, the ventilation of the bathroom was not the best. The WiFi can also improve a bit.

Ciągły brak ciepłej wody. Każdorazowo przed prysznicem musieliśmy prosić obsługę o włączenie ciepłej wody, która starczała na połowę mycia jednej osoby.

El hotel es hermoso, las instalaciones son muy limpias, la habitación super amplia y muy cómoda. Muy bien ubicado, llegas fácil a todos los puntos de interés caminando. Las personas que atienden y te prestan servicios en el hotel son super amables, te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en casa. Sin duda volveré a hospedarme allí.
