Pros:

Very good beds, proper shower, cozy rooms, convenient location - still close to the heart of the city and yet remote enough not to be disturbed by the night life; very helpful and friendly staff (Sandra is amazing!). All in all, we had a great stay in the Posada. If we're back to Antigua, this would be my choice again.

Cons:

Wi-Fi didn't work well in the room but there is a cozy sitting area just outside rooms.

המיקום היה טוב, שמירת חפצים.

הצוות התנהג בגסות רוח יוצאת דופן,
הרגשנו שעשו לנו טובה בכל פעם שביקשנו משהו,
כאשר נאבד לנו עגיל יקר לאחר שהמנקה ניקתה את החדר ומצאו אותו מחוץ לחדר (לא לבשנו אותו ולא נגענו בו מהרגע שהגענו למלון והיה מונח על השידה) -הם האשימו אותנו בכך שהעגילים לא היו בכספת, ואפילו לא התנצלו או הראו נכונות לעזור ורק עשו לנו פרצופים מאשימים.
אנחנו לא נוהגים לכתוב ביקורות רעות אבל התנהגות הצוות הייתה מתחת לכל ביקורת.

Lo volvería a elegir por relación calidad precio.

Relación precio calidad. La atención de la señora de la noche y la de la señora en los desayunos. Me volvería a quedar.

Cons:

No había agua caliente en la ducha, esperé por 20 minutos a que llegara agua caliente y nada. Las sábanas estaban manchadas de negro, imagino que limpias pero las manchas negras dan apariencia de estar sucias, hay que cuidar ese detalle. Hay que mejorar la atención de la señorita de la recepción que está en el día, es educada pero no amable, le falta carísima, a diferencia del súper servicio que nos dio la señora de la noche y la de desayunos, felicidades para ellas dos. Las facturas se deben de entregar en el momento que señora paga no días después como nos indicaron en recepción.

Recomiendo ampliamente hospedarse acá. La habitación tenía todo lo necesario, el personal muy amable y atento. Adicional, cuentan con parqueo bajo reservación.
