El personal, unas personas muy amables.
The hotel is wonderful place to stay at in Antigua. Its about a 10min walk from the downtown area but the area is safe and lighted and we felt safe walking at night. Its in a well lit area. The hotel and room are very clean and very cute decoration. The room was a decent size but the plus was that we had a patio with chairs and a table to enjoy the outdoors. The staff was also wonderful, the receptionists Andres and Alejandra and another young woman were very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. They give you plenty of options to choose from with the included hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, omelet, fried plantains, beans plus coffee or tea) which is very filling and made to order.
I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family/friends going to Antigua.

The room is spacious and everything is designed in good taste.
The service is absolutely fantastic. The hotel staff are prompt to help you with anything and they do it with a smile. Also they take the cleaning very seriously.

La struttura in generale è abbastanza carina. Ha un bel cortile/zona comune che è un patio, tipico delle strutture coloniali. Discreta la colazione con varia scelta.
La camera quadrupla, con due letti francesi, al piano terra era un pò angusta. Ha un piccolo sfogo sull’esterno con due sedie ed un tavolino ma è piccola.
Breakfast was really great. Location is excellent, very short walk to center of town. Staff was super helpful in getting us arranged for airport. I wish we would have stayed here longer.
