Lindo lugar muy buena atención

Buena atención del personal, buen desayuno, tranquilo para descansar
Habitación muy pequeña, baño incómodo diferentes a las fotos
El hotel me pareció acogedor, el personal muy resolutivo y sumamente amable. El desayuno incluido muy rico también, y la vista del cuarto hacia el volcán de agua fue espectacular.
El hotel está un poco alejado del centro (17 min caminando), y se escucha todo lo de las demás habitaciones.

I didn’t like that check-in was delayed but they were very keen about checking out.

La habitación era sumamente pequeña, éramos 2 personas y teníamos que pegarnos a la pared para poder caminar en la habitación, el lavamanos pequeñísimo y la regadera aunque la ducha tenia buena presión viendo lo.positivo, el tamaño también era demasiado pequeño al punto de por no tener espacio topar las manecillas y mover la temperatura del agua . Creemos que originalmente este hotel era una casa, por lo que suponemos nos dieron la habitación de servicio 🤦♂️🤷♀️

Friendly and helpful staff
The shower water was only lukewarm, not hot enough.
We did three tours with them: the first one, to the towns around Antigua, was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations. The two other tours (to Lake Atitlan and to Chichicastenango) were OK.
The only negative experience was with the driver on these two last tours. He was EXTREMELY RUDE not only with us but with other passengers. He also drove recklessly, overtaking other vehicles on blind curves and crossing the solid center line where passing was prohibited. To make matters worse, the vehicle’s windshield was cracked, which only added to our concerns about safety.
At no point did we feel safe. This was very disappointing and something the company should address.

The staff gave an excelent atention on my stay. They helped with every request from hair dryer and hot iron for clothing.
Breakfast was superb omelett and pancakes are a must.
Hot water was not working all the time. And the air conditioner seems to be freezing some small chunks of ice fell from it.
