we are repeater client we came every year, definetly still come back next year

Friendly staff, easy checkout, and helpful security who even helped us cross the road and opened the door when we arrived. They were very proactive and thoughtful.

Cons:

my room is kinda old and need repair but the other is okay. escalator that have been under construction whole days we were there

breakfast was reaaally good, stayed from 17th-20th Dec 2025, they serve different varieties of food daily.
loved the beef sausage and their pandan pudding!! The pudding was one of the best!
Also convenient for toddlers too, you can DIY your own porridge for your child.
It's just the table placements are a little dirty, other than that, everything is almost perfect. Empty chafing dishes are refilled very quickly with several staff supervising on the spot.

The shower was excellent overall. Although the water takes some time to warm up, it was very refreshing after spending the entire day outdoors. One of the best shower experiences I’ve had. For optimal comfort, I recommend bringing your own shampoo and body wash.

It was a very memorable stay for a first-time visit to Pontianak.
The hotel offers excellent facilities and service. During our stay, we unfortunately witnessed a fire that broke out at a nearby house next to the hotel; hopefully, no one was injured. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Pontianak in the future.

Cons:

The table placements they use for breakfast tables are a little dirty.
the shower water takes forever to get warm but will be one of the best once it gets warm :)

A excelent experience in Golden Tulip
Pros:

It was truly a pleasure to enjoy a three-day, three-night stay at the Golden Tulip Hotel. Its location is close to the main road, making it easy to access. The hospitality was felt from the moment of arrival—starting from the parking area, entering the main hall, and continuing through the excellent service from both the restaurant and the banquet team. The technicians involved were also very responsive.

The room had adequate and comfortable facilities. It was clean, regularly tidied up, and all the amenities were available, so I only needed to bring my personal items and could rest peacefully. The experience in the ballroom was also luxurious. With the videotron now available, it adds extra value for service users like our office to use it again for major events involving important guests—or for weddings, birthdays, and other events.

In the room, there was No loud voice room outside...

The price is affordable.

Pros:

Good place to stay. Accommodation is good and hygiene. Room service excellent.
Food is fantastic and drinks (alcohol) cheaper than expected.
Head of waiter at the bar(Mr. Deny and his mate Andin) are helpful and friendly.
Front dest team provide excellent service. Very recommended place to stay. Chill and cozy bar ❤️

Great Hotel for a very reasonable price
Pros:

Well located. We took a grab from the airport. Excellent value for money. Staff couldn’t do enough to help. Room was clean and comfortable. Corridors have tiled floor so could be noisy with passing guests. My wife and I wear ear plugs so this wasn’t a problem for us. Breakfast had a good range of Asian and western cuisine. Branche bar served ice cold beers and delicious noodles.

Everything is good here
Pros:

Nasi goreng Tanjungpura is very good. Avocado juice is also good. Mas Deni and Mba Diah are helpful and nice. Good job!!!
