Pros:

Unterkunft war ok, etwas ins Alter gekommen, jedoch eine schöne villa/ Anlage. Das Frühstück und allgemeinen das Essen immer sehr lecker und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Leider gab es doch eine Mängel in der Villa, tv hat nicht funktioniert, einige Lichterspots gingen nicht und die Eingangstür zur Villa war total verzogen und daher kaum zu schliessen und die Terrassentür genauso challanging. Die Villa ist allgemein alles etwas ins Alter gekommen und vernachlässigt worden, was sehr schade ist den sie wäre sehr schön, wenn mehr gepflegt.

Pros:

El lugar y la proximidad con la playa. Personal muy amable y servicial. El resto es muy bueno y super bien atendido. La piscina es linda pero el agua bastante fria. El menu del resto es muy bueno al igual que el desayuno.

Cons:

La habitación muy pequeña. No habia forma de moverse con las maletas dentro de la habitación. El baño super pequeño uno no se podia mover. Lo mas objetable es que el camino para llegar a la habitación es de tierra y si estuvo lloviendo llevas barro a la habitación. No hay ninguna manera de no ingresar barro a la habitación. Super incomodo. Solo estuvimos una noche.

Personal del restaurante de 10 pero mala gestión de incidencias por parte del hotel
Pros:

Muy destacable el personal del restaurante, fueron muy agradables y nos supieron aconsejar fenomenal en nuestra ruta de viaje por Costa Rica. Tuvimos un problema con los planes que teníamos para viajar a Panamá con el coche que habíamos alquilado (en Costa Rica no se puede sacar del país) y nos ayudaron desinteresadamente.

Cons:

Parece que hubo algún problema con el camino de acceso a la habitación que habíamos reservado con vistas al mar y nos ofrecieron cambiar por una de peor categoría. En este sentido muy descontentos ya que el precio que pagamos por la habitación fue el más caro de todo el viaje y la habitación no era nada buena.
Además la piscina es enana.

Pros:

Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Kokosnuss und Brownies. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist sehr schön und ruhig. Man fühlt sich als würde man mitten in der Natur schlafen. Der Garten ist wunderschön und mann kann dort Tiere mit Faultiere, verschiedene Vögel, Nasenbären, Frösche und Agutis beobachten.

Cons:

Der Service ist total unmotiviert, wenig hilfreich und nicht sehr freundlich. Man fühlt sich nicht willkommen.

Beautiful property, but serious problems with our room and poor follow-up

Our experience had many positive aspects, but also one major issue that significantly affected our stay.

The park and gardens are beautiful and very well maintained. The swimming pools are pleasant, the overall atmosphere is very enjoyable, the restaurant was very good, and the beach is beautiful and well equipped..

Cons:

We had serious problems with our room, Breeze Cabin 2, which we had specifically chosen because it was one of the higher-category options. The cabin looks very attractive: it is raised off the ground, built entirely of wood and has a large terrace. Unfortunately, because it is made of wood, it becomes extremely hot during the day. When we entered the room, it was literally like an oven.

There was no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan that turned far too slowly and was completely inadequate. In addition, although there were several windows and a large glass door, none of them had insect screens. Since the cabin is surrounded by tropical vegetation, opening them meant allowing mosquitoes and other insects inside. The only alternative was therefore to keep everything closed and endure extremely uncomfortable temperatures.

We went to reception to ask for a solution. We were offered a villa with air conditioning, but at an additional cost of approximately $260 for two nights, or rooms near the pool that also had no air conditioning.

We then suggested providing us with a portable air-conditioning unit. After a couple of hours, one was brought to the room, but unfortunately it was practically unusable. It had no exhaust hose to vent the hot air outside, so while it blew cool air from the front, it released very hot air from the back into the same room. It also leaked so much water that we had to switch it off to avoid flooding the floor.

In the end, we had to sleep with the windows open and use the mosquito net around the bed. Unfortunately, it was installed in a cone shape and, once spread over the bed, hung almost directly over our faces.

The following day we explained the situation again at reception. The person on duty was unaware of what had happened and told us that they would speak to the manager. From that point until our departure, we received no further response, follow-up or alternative solution.

Excellent séjour dans un jardin entretenu et rempli d’animaux et un personnel au top
Pros:

Proximité de la mer et de Puerto Vero . D’avoir eu la possibilité de changer de chambre , le petit déjeuner Deuxième chambre attribué.superbe et au calme (brise 1 et 2) nous étions deux couples .

Cons:

La première chambre au dessus des cuisine et du bar et en plus le moteur de la ventilation derrière la chambre très bruyant (chambre Ocean 3 et 4)
Les prix prohibitifs de la restauration et des boissons .

Super hôtel proche de la plage
