Gorgeous hotel experience in the room and on property
Pros:

Fresh breakfast was wonderful and so were the trails on the property. The flowers were well maintained and we saw wildlife onsite. The views were great and room was very clean and didn't smell musty like some humid places do. Security gate at entrance gave extra peace of mind in parking lot.

Cons:

Room felt damp from humidity but that's to be expected in rainforest. A dehumidifier could help.

Me encantó todo desde la comida el lugar los senderos realmente es una joya de lugar donde puedes encontrar calidad en los alimentos, aprender sobre permacultura, caminar por los senderos, jugar en fin volvería sin duda!

Pros:

The rooms were lovely. Shower was amazing. Food was great. Lots of wildlife to watch. View was superb. Great value for the cost.

Cons:

There were no meatballs available during our 3 night stay and the popcorn machine was broken.

Mountain retreat
Pros:

It's a hidden oasis in Monteverde. It felt like a true retreat where you can reconnect with nature. They had a great happy hour every night and the grounds are magnificent. The room was gigantic, with a lot of counter space to be able to stay organized.

Café bom mas poderia ter mais opções

Cons:

Nao gostei do tour noturno. Valor muito alto (40 dólares) . Tour no próprio hotel e com poucas possibilidades de encontrar animais e sim alguns insetos e aranhas

It is absolutely a stunning location and property. Everything was beautiful, and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the farm to table restaraunt immensely. It was a highlight of our stay in Costa Rica!!

The room felt slightly outdated and the bathroom design is impractical, as the floor floods during showers. Access to the property is via an unpaved road.
