El personal excelente .
El alojamiento está bien ubicado en Monteverde. Tiene además unos senderos propios con vistas al golfo y lindo entorno .
Las habitaciones muy buenas .
El desayuno está bien pero no muy variado

Schöne Zimmer, Aussicht im Garten und im Restaurant ist super, Spielzeug im Garten für die Kinder, Spazierwege im Wald gleich hinter dem Haus, Permakultur-Ansatz der Farm ist sehr lobenswert

Cons:

Unser Zimmer (unterer Stock) hatte keine Aussicht, Restaurant wird nach 2..3 Essen eher langweilig

Great location, splendid view. Rooms could be better maintained.
Pros:

Great location! Kids friendly and a very good vibe! Great view from the restaurant!

Cons:

The room had a weird moisture smell that bothered me. We actually had fungus growing on the bathroom ceiling of the first room they proposed and they changed the room at our request. No gesture for the inconvenience. I had the impression that the property was poorly managed. Daily cleaning poorly done!

Cool spot with nature reserve
Pros:

Beautiful, stylish and comfortable. Beautiful trails and waterfalls. We did the night hike which was nice and watching the beautiful view of the gulf of nicoya on the grass was beautiful. The restaurant had good food and the staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for the stay. We actually enjoyed the trails more here than the hanging bridges.

Gorgeous hotel experience in the room and on property
Pros:

Fresh breakfast was wonderful and so were the trails on the property. The flowers were well maintained and we saw wildlife onsite. The views were great and room was very clean and didn't smell musty like some humid places do. Security gate at entrance gave extra peace of mind in parking lot.

Cons:

Room felt damp from humidity but that's to be expected in rainforest. A dehumidifier could help.

Me encantó todo desde la comida el lugar los senderos realmente es una joya de lugar donde puedes encontrar calidad en los alimentos, aprender sobre permacultura, caminar por los senderos, jugar en fin volvería sin duda!

The rooms were lovely. Shower was amazing. Food was great. Lots of wildlife to watch. View was superb. Great value for the cost.

There were no meatballs available during our 3 night stay and the popcorn machine was broken.
