Eagle Ridge Resort at Lutsen Mountains

Mountain View was amazing. Staff was friendly and the hot tub was great.

Pool was beautiful in the fall season outside. Facilities were convient amd stocked. However parking was limited on busy weekend at the hill

The room was better than we expected. It had more amenities, well supplied and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and quiet. The mountain view was very nice. The walkway to/from our unit on the mountain side was a bit rough and broken up. (Appeared to be harder for older guests to navigate.) Dining options were limited to only Charlie's Alpine Bistro, where the food was really good but slow service, as they appeard to be short-staffed. However, we would stay here again, as prices were affordable and they also have dog-friendly rooms.

The resort was a great spot for accessing the hiking trails we wanted to visit in the area. The rooms were clean and the bathroom spacious.

Everything was great except the exterior door handle on the back deck was broken. It came off when I did a room check after check in.

I called the lobby to get this fixed. First time (night of check in), I left a message. I got no call back, so I then called the next day and spoke with the EE on duty, no maintenance was done after the EE said that a maintenance tech will be sent out. Therefore, this left me feeling a bit anxious of whether I will have to pay for the damage that I was not responsible for or not. Thankfully I wasn't charged for this.

There was also a payment discrepancy between what I paid for on Expedia and what I was charged for from the resort. I was charged significantly more on Expedia than what was charged from the resort, which I already paid the higher amount. This led me to feel very dissatisfied from the booking with Expedia.

Stayed during fall so no skiing. Gondala staff was great

Very nice having own kitchen. All was clean.

Quiet, close proximity to Grand Marais, my favorite town on the North shore.

The view & rooms were great! The Gondola ride was a hit! Charlies restaurant & dinner staff was slow & a very long wait from start to finish. (2 hours plus)
Food was good. Waitress slow & rude

I was happy with my stay at the property. But there seemed to be confusion amongst staff regarding my service pet and the communication the day prior to my arrival (4 hour drive) I was still waiting on a call back from the manager.

But over all it is a beautiful resort.

Beautiful property. Amazing views

Every aspect was good …. spacious, bathroom was clean with a good bath /shower…… I am not good with technology on running TV etc ….. so maybe better directions there would be the only improvement ….. fair rates .

Every aspect was excellent …. spacious, clean, & also a fridge & microwave….. beautiful setting in the Lutsen Mts…. also liked the close proximity & excellent food at Charlie’s.

Very nice rooms! Staff was great! Beautiful setting. Enjoyed the pools. All in all, a great experience.

Only a couple of very minor items:

a bit more light on the exterior stairs at Building D

night tables on both sides of bed would be nice
