都心に泊まるより快適だった。

夜景がとても良かった。
二子玉川駅から近くショッピングモールが隣接されているので、ちょっとしたスウィーツを買って部屋で食べれました。その際、部屋のテ―ブルは使い勝手が良かったです。

Pros:

羽田空港からの直行バスがホテルまで連れて行ってくれる。東急バスなので！！

Cons:

立地(駅近)、新しさ、部屋の広さ、最上階部分(28〜30階)がホテルで見晴らしもいいなどどれをとっても良き。値段は自分にとっては少し高めだけど、このくらい条件が良いなら、お得なのかも。

部屋やロケーションは良いので、教育しっかりしてください。
Pros:

朝食は良かったのですが、席が離れていたので不便でした。玉子かけやうどんなどなど説明が何もないので分かりずらかったです。

Cons:

フロントの方が新人だったと思いますがインに時間がかかりすぎ。フォローもうあまりなく、イライラしました。朝食会場は席含め見直しした方が良いのでは。
