My stay was almost perfect and I enjoyed it,
except that
(1) there was some problems in reservation and I had to wait a little upon check in, but a lady in the front desk solved the problems and it was a minor issue,
(2) the hotel mistakenly refund my hotel fee in full, and I have not been able to pay for my stay, which I enjoyed very much and which I want to pay.

Near the Cebu Doctors' Hospital

The elevator suddenly shutdown while going up to our room. No bidet inside the toilet and the shower is sprinkling small amount of water. So, I had to ask for a pail and basin but only the former was provided. Overall, my stay there was worth the price I paid for. The staff were very accommodating.

I wish you will fix your shower as it didn't sprinkle well. Also, it would be nice if you have an installed bidet in your toilet. It could save a lot of tissue paper as well as for convenience purposes.

I stayed in a Superior Double room and for the price I paid, it was worth it; the room size was good and the room was very clean. The staff were very responsive and helpful and I even got to chat with the owner who is very pleasant. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no restaurant on-site, although there were a lot within walking distance. I also did not see separate containers or signs for recycling materials like plastic water bottles. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

Place was nice and staff very friendly. I thought it was little too dark when you get in to the lobby. Breakfast is not the best specially the coffee.

Internetforbindelsen på rommet er veldig varierende men bra i resepsjonsområdet. Frokosten består kun av ulike eggvariasjoner/ham

If you value your sleep dont stay here. You will here loud karokee singing throughout the night. The breakfast is ok but limited in choice. If you smoke you have to go out the front in the street to smoke where you will be hassled by beggars and homeless people. On the first night we had to change rooms because our aircon stopped working. The next day our tv stopped working also. Tv channels are limited. The staff are very poilte though. But I will not be staying here again regardless of the low price.

I was placed in an old room. The bathroom was awful and dirty. The Aircondition was broken.

theres no toothbrush or tooth paste in the hotel room usually all hotels have that a bigger breakfast menu also could help

Room was hot and took several min to cool off everytime I returned.

６泊、立地が良く、生活する分では不自由を感じませんでした。床屋、洗濯屋、マッサージが徒歩１分。フエンテ　サークルのロビンソン　スーパも徒歩１０分。　ＷＩＦＩは風の強い日は速度が出ますが、途切れることが多いです。　
ロビンソン、スーパーか周辺コーヒー店で対応。　
タワマン3棟ほど建設中です。　夜間も工事するので．．．
　タクシー運転手には　ＣＥＢＵ　ＤＯＣＴＯＲＳ　hospitalの　Emergency　SIDEで対応。
海側にも同じような　hospitalがあるので注意。　乗り込む前にGoogle　MAP　　周辺外出時どんな服装をしていても日本人とわかるらしく注意。

i didnt like that your room had no coffee pot or toothpaste and tooth brushes offered as other hotels do ! Out side the streets are dirty a hotel that wants customers to come back should have the area around their hotel clean , the garbage laying around it needs to go . The food was very good and the service was excellent ! on a 1-10 10 being the best i would rate it a 6 . I hope in the future to come back and would hope they make a few changes so ill continue coming
