Pros:

The room was quite large and cooking facilities would be useful if staying for a few days. The double glazing meant the room was very quiet when the sliding door to the balcony was fully shut. The bed was very comfortable. The lady who met me (I presume she was the Manager) on arrival was very helpful with directions to supermarkets, restaurants and transport nearby.

Cons:

I didn't realise until I arrived that parking was on the street which made it necessary to empty my car of all valuables at night. Not a huge problem but it would have been good to have prior knowledge that parking was not secured.
Grouting in the shower could use some bleach and a scrubbing brush.
The room was serviced during the day when I was out (no complaints about this). I returned late in the evening and went straight to bed only to be woken by street noise in the early hours of the morning. I only discovered the cause of the noise when daylight came. Apparently the person doing the room service the previous day had left the sliding door to the balcony a few centimetres open. Once properly shut the noise level dropped significantly.

Excellent accommodation!
Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this accommodation. The apartment was spotless, spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very well-equipped kitchen. The location was excellent, with plenty of convenient parking available. Lisa was a wonderful host who went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. Communication was excellent throughout my stay, and she was always available if I needed anything. A special mention must go to her beautiful dog, who was an absolute delight. The friendly greetings, pats and cuddles were a lovely bonus and made the stay feel even more welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, well-appointed place to stay.

Excellent Value in Quiet Location
Pros:

Perfect studio for a few days in Melbourne. Spacious, clean, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen with absolutely nothing missing, nice bathroom with plenty of hot water and good water pressure, great WiFi, and very quiet at night. Hard to check all the boxes—we liked it so much that we stayed here twice during our trip around Australia.

Cons:

The location is a bit far from the center, which is exactly what we were looking for.
