Room Aircon and No Provision of Extra Bed
Pros:

Like the cleanliness, comfortable bed, great breakfast spread, nice spa facility and central location connecting to mall.

Cons:

Extra bed cannot be provided, maybe due to limited space in the room.

Great travel experience
Pros:

Strategic location, quite modern room, great varieties of breakfast food, hospitable staffs

Cons:

There is only 2 lifts for guests, it would be interesting addition if the hotel could build another lift in front of aisle window facing the main roads

Nobody told me that my ID was left in Reception.
Pros:

Reception asked me for my ID card/KTP when checked in at evening time. And when I checked out at around 7.30am the next day. Reception didn't give my ID card back while he gave me my folio. After checking out I visited borobudur temple and doing some outside activities the whole day in Magelang. I just realized that my ID Card is still in the grand artos's reception when I arrived in Jogja and checked in at one of 5 stars hotel in Jogja.

It was so annoying because none of them called me regarding my ID. Why nobody called me???? that I still left my ID and I can pick it up. It was already more than 10 hours and nobody from the hotel was aware. I tried to call the hotel and no one picked up my call. Finally I can contact one of them thru WhatsApp's call and tell her what happened. And she just says sorry🙄🙄🙄

It was quite OK.
Pros:

Breakfast was OK.

Cons:

The AC in the room was not cold to me. Temperature adjusted to the lowest but yet not as cold as I expected.
