Personnel très accueillant et très aimable le monsieur qui nous a accueille très professionnel avec de très bon conseil pour notre séjour parlant très bien le français 👍 très appréciable merci à ala dame de l'accueil qui c'est occupé de notre petit soucis nous avons perdu notre portable dans un taxi elle à tout fait pour que le chauffeur nous le rapporte à l'hôtel 👃👃🤩 rooftop avec piscine H24 quel bonheur.cafe eau plate et gazeuse fraîche gratuite à volonté pour les clients de l'hôtel prestation très rare dans les hôtels nous avons adoré petit dej très bon que des produits locaux le glacier 👌.le près de serrviettes de plage avec sac et parasol sans caution commerce plage resto bus promenade bateau tout a pied pas besoin de voiture etc etc...
Cet hôtel ce n' est que du bonheur 🥰 nous recommandons sans hésitation ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Molta calor a l'habitació
No es normal pel preu d'aquest hotel que en el check-in et trobis l'habitació amb l'aire parat
L'Aire acondicionat tant de les habitacions com de la recepció no estan a l'altura del preu de l'hotel
En el segon dia després de passar el dia fora de l'hotel al tornar-hi, altre cop l'aire acondiconat parat i l'habitació feia molta calor.

Lovely the intimacy of the hotel and all the staff were lovely. Also liked the fact that the hotel was environmentally friendly. It was very clean and well finished.

La ubicación perfecta, en el paseo marítimo de puerto de pollensa, espectacular y la habitación con vistas al mar, preciosa y el hotel tiene muchos detalles como dejarte en la habitacion un bolso con dos toallas, tienen sombrillas para la playa, cafe y te 24 horas, la piscina super tranquila y 24 horas tambien. El desayuno también espectacular. 100% recomendado, repetiremos
