Clean room. Great location with perfect view of bridge. About a 20 minute bus ride from the airport. Staff were great!
The hotel was convenient for the town and there was parking nearby.
The standard of decor throughout was high and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.

It was a very pleasant drive to the airport as this was an intermediary stop before our early morning flight. Good spot to stop and restaurants around it were pleasant.
Smoke was drawn to the toilet vents from someone smoking in another room. Slightly outdated, but clean rooms.

Some of the staff were really friendly, views were stunning and location was excellent.
The shower leaked, it was very difficult to move around the bed as it was in the middle of the room and was pretty much wall to wall. There is a fire/smoke alarm directly above the bed that flashes green lights every 12 seconds all through the night. Right outside the window there were large air vents that were constantly making noise 24/7. Food was very hit and miss. The steak was terrible. £32 for a 250g Rib eye that was thin, grisly and poorly cooked. Nearly all the food was massively overpriced. Overall, for over £200 per night without breakfast, it felt vastly over priced, especially considering the facilities available and some of the issues above.

Parking is very difficult, especially on a busy day or nice weather as very popular area. Hotel has no parking

Everything was excellent. The only let down was the communication from some of the staff. They did not let us know when our room was ready, or confirm that a pre booked taxi had been arranged- which in the end did not arrive anyway, leading to early morning problems of getting to the airport. Luckily the young night watchman was fantastic in organised another.
