Je suis arriver le 03 janv et l hotel n hexistait plus
J ai passe 2h30 a essayer de savoir ou j allais passer mon sejour...
Bref j ai pas ete prevenu que l hotel n hexistait plus..
J ai ete placer ailleurs dans un autre hotel avec problemes..
Je ne prendrais plus ce genre de voyage moi qui ne parle pas cirrectement anglais

Pros:

Comme bien trop souvent, j'avais reservé une chambre avec balcon, et la receptioniste me donne une chambre sans balcon et vraiment petite en me disant que j ai une chambre standard , je regarde alors avec elle ma résevation,,et on peut voir, toutes les chambres ont balcons avec vue sue la colline,,,bref gros mensonge

到着日、従業員がホテル予約できてない。満室だとの返事。止むを得ず、深夜にホテル探しました。
泊まりたくないホテルに泊まりました。翌日、オーナーがきて従業員のミスだと言って、部屋に入ってきて座り込みして、自分のホテルに泊まってほしいと言いいました。御社はホテルに事実確認するとか、別のホテルを案内するとか話だけで、結局当初のホテルに連れて行かれました。
