Friendly staff. Good location for thd Hydro. It's a budget hotel, if you get a reasonable price then it's fine for a night.
Terrible kettle, took so long to boil. Sink appeared to be partially blocked as it drained so slowly. Shower seal peeling away and leaked. Lighting poor in the bathroom. Lack of plug sockets at one side of the bed. View was terrible, looked out onto a wall. Sound travelled from other rooms. Extra for parking.
All aspects of our stay were covered.
