Nice convenient hotel
Pros:

The quality of the food at breakfast was good, unfortunately every table was full of dirty plates. There was not enough staff to clear the tables.

Comfortable, excellent value for money
Pros:

Sleek style, very well presented and clean. Easy access to hydro. I never normally get a good sleep I always wake up sore but this hotel had me waking up nine stiff. The comfort of the beds are excellent and I will definitely be booking there again, staff were polite and friendly even allowing us to borrow a bottle opener for the room. Staff knowledgeable of area and events happening

Stayed many times in this hotel, this time was disappointing.

Cons:

Loud dance music played outside our room all night. I think this was protesters on the road side.
Also the restaurant was messy

Pros:

Good location for us to see a gig at the Ovo. Modern decor and clean.

Cons:

Bar staff were absolutely terrible.
Not great value for money at £244 for one room, one room, one night 2 adults and 13 year old and breakfast not included.

Cons:

Very poor response from staff to complaint. Staff protest outside very loud music playing night and early morning. Has been going on for months but no mention on website, at check in, no discount. Told that's not how village hotels do business and given an email address to raise complaint.if this is how they treat customers pity their staff. Stay somewhere else.
