Stay somewhere else
Cons:

Very poor response from staff to complaint. Staff protest outside very loud music playing night and early morning. Has been going on for months but no mention on website, at check in, no discount. Told that's not how village hotels do business and given an email address to raise complaint.if this is how they treat customers pity their staff. Stay somewhere else.

Quite pricey for one person, but great facilities.
Pros:

The swimming pool was very good. Despite it being a busy Sunday afternoon with lots of families in the pool, there was a lane available just for swimming up and down, so I had a great 30 minutes doing just that. I ended up with a room with two double beds even though I was staying in the hotel by myself, and the room was really spacious, warm and comfortable. I enjoyed a meal and glass of wine in the busy bar/grill. The staff at both reception and restaurant were very friendly and efficient. The hotel was very conveniently situated for the OVO, where I was going to see a show.

Cons:

Food and drink were expensive, as was the stay itself, though the facilities were such that I think it still offered reasonably good value for money.

Pros:

Location and room

Cons:

Having to use QR code for restaurant to place order for food which didn't link to my room or the prepaid credit. Then had to go back to reception to get it fixed before I could order.
This is not the staffs fault this is a corporate decision to reduce staffing which soured the experience.

Overnight stay for concert. Lovely modern hotel, would stay again.
Pros:

Excellent location, modern facilities, near to the Ovo Hydro, good choice of food for breakfast

Cons:

Ordered breakfast when checking in but discovered it was cheaper to order the breakfast online rather than paying for it at the front desk

Very good.
Pros:

Good location, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Communication poor prior to stay, example could not get info regarding restaurant and gluten free and when I asked if I was eligible to use pool, was told no so I paid extra. Then when I checked in was told it was included so I was refunded.

Great hotel but management lets it down
Pros:

Lovely room, clean, comfortable. Staff doing their best.

Cons:

Union strike right out side. Blaring music in to all rooms at 6:30am it was awful. My husband was recovering from surgery and we had a 4 hour drive home exhausted after this. I had seen the strike was planned after I had booked and contacted to see if this would affect our stay and i was told it would have no impact. I would have cancelled the booking if I’d known.
Management should invest more in their staff: everyone deserves a liveable wage. If you see there is. Strike going on please book another hotel. It’s not worth it.

A great nights sleep
Pros:

Staff were fantastic. Leanne on reception was great.

We got a free room upgrade, and free parking.

Blanche from the restaurant was an absolute delight. She was friendly, professional and so helpful on several occassions. A pure credit to the team.

Breakfast was buffet style, with lots of different options.

Great value for money
Pros:

Staff were super friendly throughout and very helpful, breakfast was good especially for the price and timings available, bed was very comfortable, room is a great size

Cons:

The window was a little noisy with the windy weather I was woken up a few times through the night as it seemed like part of the outside window was loose
Additionally, a small thing but no decaf tea / coffee options in the room and when I did call down to reception to see if this was an option there was no response
