Beaucoup trop cher pour le service proposé. Ne vaut pas le coup.
Pros:

la piscine mais elle est seulement ouverte du mercredi au dimanche

Cons:

nous avons eu les chambres à 15h30 alors que nous devions les avoir à 13h. Je n'ai eu un matelas supplémentaire qu'après plusieurs demandes.

Linda vista para o Rio Amazonas, e boa localização mas precisaria ter mais funcionários para atender e melhorar a estrut
Pros:

Localização excelente, em frente ao lindo rio Amazonas, os funcionários embora em pequeno número, eram simpáticos e prestativos. As áreas comuns são agradáveis.

Cons:

O quarto não tem apoio pra mala, os travesseiros são muito finos, as vezes a água do chuveiro ficava escassa. Falta funcionários na recepção lentificando muito o check in e também no restaurante, as vezes, faltava louça e alimentos.

Pros:

L'arrivée, bien que tardive, s'est très bien passée grâce au système de préenregistrement. Le personnel était parfaitement compétent.
Le petit déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité.
Le service au roof-bar est parfait.
La piscine est plutôt sympathique.
L'hôtel est géographiquement bien situé.

Cons:

Premier bémol : le parking est payant...
Deuxième bémol : pour une chambre réservée pour deux, une seule serviette de toilette à disposition...
Troisième bémol : une isolation phonique plus qu'aléatoire, la rue était très présente dans la chambre...
Au final, au vu du tarif, la prestation de la chambre est décevante. Dommage car le reste de l'environnement est globalement bon...

O melhor de Macapá
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, limpeza excelente, atendimento excelente e acolhedor. Agora sobre o café da manhã, não tem igual. O café é excelente, você pode pedir omelete preparado na hora, tapioquinha. Amamos
