Siamo stati una notte.ho prenotato 3 camere e pur troppo solo una era poco meglio. Di cui una era pessima.con letto sopra e sotto e sopra nn si respirava dal caldo che faceva. L'aria sopra nn arrivava per niente. E poi era piena di formiche.la signora ci ha dato un spray ma io nn devo occuparmi io.e poi piena di capelli per terra. Mi dispiace ma nn tornerei. Un po di pulizie meglio potrebbe fare. Colazione basico.....

Ett hotell som vi rekommenderar varmt!
Pros:

Mycket trevligt rum. Trevlig och omtänksam personal.

Cons:

Mycket enkel frukost utan något varmt alternativ. Saknade bättre utbud av bröd.

Great hotel and friendly helpful staff
Pros:

A lovely spacious clean hotel, with a great outside space for relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast selection. Very close to the train and bus station. 15-20 minutes walk to the centre.

Cons:

The location is quite run down with lots of rubbish and dog poo every where.

Sleepless night
Pros:

Not much but half hour late checkout was appreciated.

Cons:

1) We arrived very late and were given a room with two major problems:
First, our original booking of a standard double room was cancelled three days before due to a 'plumbing problem' and replaced by this split level room which, inconveniently, had the bathroom on the lower level. Second, and even worse, the air conditioning was completely inadequate for the room which made sleep virtually impossible due to the heat.
2) The night receptionist insisted on us paying but we had already paid through Booking.com. This was unnecessary hassle considering we had arrived at midnight.
3) Breakfast was of low quality and lacked choice.

Overrated and overpriced
Pros:

Half hour late checkout appreciated.

Cons:

1) Room not very attractive with an awkward arch in the middle. One end of each of the curtains had come loose from the curtain rail. This let in light in the early morning but, worse, it shows poor attention to detail by the management. The toilet seat was also damaged.
2) Breakfast was poor. The quality was not good and the choices were very limited and mostly unhealthy.

Will definitely return
Pros:

Very near the railway station and several museums. Great decor and friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast area was clean. Room was clean with a powerful shower.

Cons:

The smoke alarms flashed continually, not a problem in the day but at night it lit up the room like strobe lighting!!!

Sejur de nota 10
Pros:

Hotelul e la 5 minute de gara si de autogara. Accesul la autobuze e foarte facil. Camera a fost curata si dotata cu tot ce era nevoie. Micul dejun a fost in stil italian, dar suficient. Doamnele de la receptie au fost extrem de amabile si ne-au ajutat cu sfaturi sau recomandari de excursii. Per total am avut 4 zile minunate.

Cons:

Nu exista nimic negativ.

Hübsches Hotel
Pros:

Sehr hübsches Hotel ca. 15 Minuten fußläufig zur Altstadt. Saubere Zimmer, bequemes Bett, klasse Dusche, täglich frische Handtücher. Gratis Wasser zur Ankunft. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück. Toller Cappuccino. Arrangement (20 €) mit einem Lido am Strand mit Transfer, was wir gern bei der Hitze in Anspruch genommen haben. Konversation in Englisch war prima.

Cons:

Es fehlte etwas Herzhaftes zum Frühstück. Der Schrank in unserem Zimmer war kaputt und ließ sich kaum öffnen. Aber wir sind klar gekommen.

Buena estancia!
Pros:

La ubicación cerca de la Estacion de tren y bus ideal si te mueves en transporte público. Cómodísimo para ir al aeropuerto. Del centro un poco más alejado aunque nosotros íbamos caminando.
La amabilidad del personal es exquisita, especialmente la persona que atiende el desayuno y las de recepción.
La limpieza muy buena. La habitación silenciosa ideal para el descanso.

Cons:

No puedo decir que haya algo que no me gustó. Sí puedo sugerir que estaría bien un mini bar en la recepción que está abierta 24/7, ya que en los alrededores no hay muchas opciones para hacer un café o refresco.
