The stuff was friendly and positive in general.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I had very big issues with the Wi-fi connection from the moment I checked in. So, I didn't have such connection for 3 full days, even though I informed the reception. I asked for compensation, for example to continue using the room for another 3-4 hours when it's the time for check out. I was told that they will double check withe hotel owner. The afternoon before my last day I was provided with a temporary Wi-fi device and they thought that this compensates the lack of internet for 3 days....this is really not serious.
Also, the breakfast was quite limited in terms of choice.
Another thing is that I have found ants in my room.

Pros:

Sehr entgegen kommendes Personal, welches uns bei der Buchung des Trips auf den Ätna unterstützt hat. Auch als wir noch eine weitere Nacht buchen wollten, haben wir trotz ausgebuchtem Haus eine Nacht erhalten.

Cons:

Die Lage zum in die Stadt zu kommen zieht sich etwas, ist jedoch zum Bahnhof, sowie auch zum Busbahnhof super nah und gut erreichbar.

Hotel je cist i uredan,udobno i prijatno,odoblje izuzetno izuzetno ljubazno….dobra lokacija na par minuta od metro stanice i Catania Centrale.Dorucak jako lijep,kafa savrsena.Sve je zaista odlicno….vrijedi svakog centa.
