Clean and tidy and a good location
Nothing it was fine.
Beautiful hotel in great location. Food was absolutely amazing and was complimented by the wonderful friendly service from Sophie mellough she really is a credit to your team. 100% will be a regular guest now
Very modern and elegant.
2 minor things
The pillows and the black pudding at breakfast.
Staff were very pleasant.
The bathroom was so cold ( January in Aberdeen )we elected to wait until we got home to shower . Also we arrived at 1pm for an official 3pm check in time and -despite the room being ready and available - were charged an extra £25 to get access . When we complained we were told it was in the `”small print “ of the conditions on line .
Friendly and helpful staff throughout, breakfast was well organised with good choices of cooked items and fresh fruit, cereals etc. The restaurant and bar areas are very accessible from within the overall hotel environment which has quite a homely feel.
The staff (especially Emmanuel) went above and beyond to make our stay special. We had a wonderful time!
There was a little bit of mould on the shower silicon but this was minor
Very cool interiors and interesting decor. Comfortable rooms and great staff
Not a lot to complain about.
The breakfast was nice but I think there could be a better selection of the breads they had out, but that was just a tiny wee thing still fabulous.Food in restaurant was lovely also I had Langoustine Scampi and my husband had the steak burger with super tasty!!
Nothing everything was exceptional, they even gave me a charger for my phone.
Location and not too bad for cleanliness-
Not all staff well trained, some areas not cleaned, house keeping staff excellent areas lacked leadership
Easy to find and extremely welcoming and comfortable.
