Brighton Trip 2026
Pros:

Staff were exceptional especially the lady on reception. Went above and beyond the morning my room kicked broke and moved to a sea view room.
Breakfast was good I like a limited menu often guarantees good food did in this case. Lovely bar with good entertainment.
Everybody is made welcome. Staff knew about my wife passing recently and were empathetic and made my stay enjoyable

Cons:

Room was a little small (but functional and comfortable) Window in 2nd room didn't lock but ok.

Okay for a one night stay but wouldn’t recommend for longer stays as it’s was loud.
Pros:

The seaview, breakfast was nice and how friendly the morning staff were.

Cons:

Super loud outside, i could hear everything
The internet was not good at all, i could not connect to wifi to login into the netflix on the tv
After the stay, I enquired an invoice and although the reception said they had sent it, when I followed up via phone they seemed defensive about it but i couldn’t help that it wasn’t delivered to my inbox! Eventually they did agreed to send it to another email address but the attitude seemed a bit off as if I was being annoying.

A perfect Brighton stay.
Pros:

Lovely comfortable and quiet room. Felt relaxed and we slept well. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and served really well. Great entertainment in the evening.We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Cons:

Nothing , everything was great.
