The staff are very accommodating and willing to help. They were genuinely friendly and helpful.
I had a single room with an en-suite shower, a partial sea view that was well equipped. Tea & coffee were provided as well as an iron, ironing board, and an extremely welcome fan.
The room was clean and well maintained.
Breakfast can be pre-ordered . I had lunch under a canopy on a terrace looking over the sea.
Superb stay - the location right on the beach is superb. Staff and customers were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and a lot more spacious than I expected for a single room. Excellent value for money
The bar and club were v popular - I didn’t want to get involved on this occasion but I thought the venue was very clear in outlining that it would be noisy before I made the decision to book
A little noisy at nighttime - but the venue is very clear about this pre-booking and provide earplugs in the room

Location and cleanliness were good, staff were friendly. Late check out time as standard so wasn't in a rush in the morning.
The room felt very squashed, very small space. Really hot in the room (to be fair it was 30 degrees outside), but no a/c and the window looks straight into an apartment over the road so not ideal to have it wide open and blinds up
Loved the staff member who checked me in, she was absolutely lovely and helpful. The room was absolutely immaculate, lots of pillows, the bed was really comfortable, the bathroom really clean. Felt safe and I loved the area, close to the beachfront and bars and restaurants.
The bathroom was pretty tiny but it worked for a few nights. The hallway floors are pretty loud and creaky, was woken up a few times to people walking past in the hall. Not a fan of the all in one body wash/shampoo/conditioner.

Superb location right opposite the pier & beach. Lovely seating area to watch the world go by. Staff friendly.
The rooms was small, and really hot. There was a fan. Shower room was tiny- so for the price, have had far better experiences- but Brighton is an expensive place. I didn’t book breakfast but it looked good from what I could see.
There was a brilliant choice for breakfast and the selection was delicious.
The staff were all very polite and seemed genuinely interested to chat with you. Were observant, engaging and went above and beyond with assisting us with everything like getting our drinks just right, food selections offered napkins when I needed them directions and recommendations of places to visit.
The room and bathroom were modern and clean and everything worked, amazing view and the sash window opened perfectly for fresh air.
The room was above the bar so was not silent but was very well sound proofed and had a great nights sleep.
There was nothing more legends could have done, good work! the only down side was from the local council, like most uk towns and city’s they appear to discourage cars and parking fees are expensive in the council owned car parks. We paid £44 for 24 hours.
The hotel has permits to park on the road within a few blocks of the hotel for £10 per day… when we return we will be trying this out.
