Einfach alles, Duschkabine verschimmelt,Apartment roch vermodert

Leider fand an jedem Abend ein Unterhaltungsprogramm zwischen 22.00 und Mitternacht statt, das einfach viel zu laut war. Den meisten Gästen hat es gepasst, wir mit einer 3-jährigen Tochter waren vor einer anderen Herausforderung gestellt: vor Mitternacht schlief sie nicht ein und um 6 war sie wie gewohnt wach… Die Lautstärke ließ ein Einschlafen nicht zu.
Beim Frühstück könnte die Brotauswahl etwas besser sein.
Die Räume und die Ausstattung sind in die Jahre gekommen.

La struttura è piena di scale, non è particolarmente adatta a chi ha dei problemi di deambulazione. Avrei apprezzato qualche piano d'appoggio in più nel bagno

A cercare il pelo nell uovo, la musica nell'ambito delle attivitá di animazione a volume molto alto fino alle 24. Nelle stanze a bordo piscina si sentiva molto anche chiudendo la finestra. Sarebbe sarebbe stato meglio regolare il volume o gli orari in modo diverso.
Altra cosa negativa é che la navetta cessava il 7 settembre... 7 giorni prima di altri servizi.

Ansonsten ist es eher ein Hotel als ein Resort. Das Schwimmbad ist recht klein und das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Der Vorhang im Zimmer war einfach geknotet worden, um mehr Licht ins Zimmer zu lassen. Das Bad war sehr klein und viel mehr als das Bett wurde täglich nicht gemacht. Im Bad sah es eher so aus, als das nur mal kurz die Dusche mit Wasser ausgespühlt wurde. Der Fußboden war nach 2 Tage dreckig, weil dieser nicht gesäubert wurde.

Poca vita fuori

A huge disappointment with this hotel. From the very beginning, the kitchenette that was supposed to be included in our reserved room turned out to be unavailable. After a long journey, our tired children were unable to have a warm meal in the room. To make matters worse, we were informed that the kitchenette is an additional paid service, which was not mentioned in the room description. This feels completely unfair and misleading.

Our disappointment didn't end there. We arrived as a family of four, but the hotel only provided three sets of cutlery. Additionally, there was no clothes drying rack in the room, and we had to ask for one at the reception. The air conditioning broke down several times, and I had to repeatedly ask the reception for assistance. The entertainment, which we expected to be more family-oriented, seemed to focus more on adults rather than children, leaving us even more dissatisfied.

Overall, our experience at Saracena Resort was highly disappointing, and although the staff tried to be polite, it often felt artificial. We were very let down by the entire stay, especially since we were misled by the positive reviews, which did not reflect the reality.

Hotel a bit dated

Nothing, the place is beautiful.

Our AC didn’t work (32*c outside) so we had to move rooms, which was a long process in which the team stated the issue had been fixed while it wasn’t.
The shower is incredibly small, not suitable for this time. A larger person simply wouldn’t fit.
The hotel is an Italian style resort, so don’t expect full board. However there is kids entertainment which starts at 21 and ends at 00:00, very loud music so keep that in mind whole choosing.

the property is “dated”…poor lighting…poor and few electrical outlets…ancient shower… rooms need an update.
