Pros:

Switched rooms day one, no warm water, room filled with mosquitoes, New room warm water no TV. Rooms don't have microwave. Bad choice.

Mi único conflicto para un hotel así fue la TV para comenzar uno no puede ni bajar el volumen porque solo ahí 1 control y es del Firé TV y segundo se Frisa bastante. Creo que es el único detalle que no me gustó

A nice, secure place to stay, but they need to at least provide bottles of water.
Pros:

It was quiet. The staff was great. The food was very good, too.

Cons:

Two suggestions….people, especially foreigners, need pure water to drink and brush their teeth. The only pure water available was from the mini-bars, and those cost the guest extra money. This was the only hotel that I used that did not provide a free bottle of water. Not good!

The second suggestion is to put a chair in the rooms. I know there is not much space, but a chair would be nice.

Horrible. Only the pool was in order and there's no towels available. You ask and they ignore.
Pros:

Horrible breakfast. Staff arrived late. Did not pay attention to me. Breakfast itself was horrible. Second day I could not eat because there were a few people there and staff was overwhelmed. Had to beg for a cup of coffee.

SILVESTRE IS THE FAMILY PLACE
Pros:

The property is beautiful!!! And comfortable, the room for 4 people great , breakfast delicious clean beds we also had a small room at entrance with a couch, and space to leave luggage, the gardens and pool clean , great place to stay if you visiting the area . And you want to enjoy , not closer to the beach 🏖️

Cons:

Is just all over the DR , lack of attention to the tourist , or their own people . 😐

The pool area was decent

Cons:

I originally paid online and asked for early check in. That request was approved. When I got there, they were acting like it was a problem. I had to show them the email showing it was approved. The other issue was they said I only paid for one person so then they charged me more money on-site in addition to the price I was shown online.

Another issue was the water was turned off when I wanted to shower. So I had to wait until whenever the water was turned back on. That was a huge inconvenience. I was so irritated with this place that I didn't even stay for the two days I paid for. I left after being there 24 hours.
