Hôtel Azur Montmartre

Propre mais vieux et défraîchi. Pas de petit déjeuner possible.

C’est une arnaque ! Réserver et payé en ligne. Le concierge m’a demandé de repayer en cash me disant que je serai remboursé d’internet. J’attends toujours. Personnel qui a un business en France et qui ne parle même pas la langue où très peu. Chambre limite insalubre et qui sentait les produits nettoyants. Surtout ne pas y séjourner.

Très mauvaise expérience de bout en bout !

Sejour horrible. Draps sales. Serviettes sales. Tele HS. Odeur de cigarette. A fuir absolument.

Lavabo bouché, draps lavés mais tachés, chambre au 4 eme sans ascenseur, tout est délabré et sale … à éviter. Type d’hébergement pour des gens expulsés. Le pire de ma vie !! À éviter …

All of my items got infested with bedbugs to the point where I couldn't even stay the night. I left at 3 am and have tried to contact 3 times for a refund. I've heard nothing in return. Don't stay here.

It was a place to lay my head. No towels in the bathroom, the covers on the power outlets were broken, wiring visible (but functional), the lights over the bed were removed, the hotel smelled of cigarettes, and no elevator to the 4eme floor.

During checkin at 23h, the manager came upstairs with me to let me in the room, potentially a dangerous feeling for female travelers.

I was able to sleep, so it’s better than walking the streets, but I won’t be returning.

The hotel was not clean at all. There were old mattresses and garbage in the hallway. There was a smell of stale air cigarette smoke in my room. There was a pile of cigarette ashes on the light switch by the bed.

Cheap hotel with no bad surprise. Absolutely awesome if you want to experience the full Montmartre penniless poet and artist vibe this neighborhood is famous for. The cheerful staff makes up for the average quality of everything

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. The neighborhood is crazy dangerous, u will be robbed easily in seconds. The room is so stink and dirty, bed sheets and pillows are straight from homeless center with stains and weird smell. No towel, toilet is not working. Ewww, after I checked in and saw the room, I returned the key walked out the door and run for my life. I had to booked another hotel in better neighborhood. Seriously this is not a hotel not even a motel. It’s hell.

À fuir !!! J'ai dû changer d'hôtel : la chambre n'était même pas faite à mon arrivée, on m'a donné des serviettes à la réception et j'ai dû monter les 5 étages sans ascenseur avec. En entrant dans la chambre J'ai constaté que des affaires qui ne m'appartenaient pas s'y trouvaient. Et je ne parle même pas de la personne à la réception qui vous tutoie et vous appelle "chef"

Falta limpieza en la ropa de cama. La zona en en algún momento me pareció insegura

Pas de lampes de chevets, interrupteurs collants de saleté, une seule serviette de toilette après l'avoir réclamé, commande du radiateur cassé, joints des fenêtres détruits, draps déchirés, pointes de visses aparentes dans la salle de bain, chasse d'eau fuyarde, bruyant à en entendre les chuchotements des chambres voisines. Самая отвратительная и грязная ночлежка Монмартра. Держат мошенники,схема такая: вы бронируете на сайте без оплаты,вам даже не предоставляют такую возможность,как оплата на сайте,на месте вам говорят,что банк отклонил платеж ,и ваш номер продан другому клиенту. Вопрос: почему отель пытался списать деньги с моей карты,если у меня оплата на месте и я не отменяю бронь,а время заселения,оговоренное заранее еще не наступило? Но у этих мошенников все рассчитано: цены на остальное жилье к тому времени несоизмеримо выше и вы вынуждены согласиться на номер,который "остался,но немного дороже". Мы за свой де номер в итоге заплатили 340€ вместо 160€. А в номере грязь и тараканы. Отвратительно, не советую ни за что останавливаться в этой ночлежке.
