The service and food at the restaurant was truly one of the worst experiences. It took 40mins to bring my drink and am additional 20 mins for my food to arrive - which was cold and the rice was off

Pros:

Better coffee facilites in the room would be appreciated. I also don't mind having to refill my drinking water from the water fountain downstairs but it would be nice if there was a full bottle on arrival.

The hotel was fit for purpose.
Pros:

The availability of free ice cubes next to the vending machine.

Cons:

There seems to be little maintenance conducted on the property, we battled to close the sliding glass toilet door as the rollers are stiff. We observed a construction error with the water closet (toilet) in guest room 132 as it’s height above the floor is lower than knee level and therefore inconvenient to use. The TV size is too small and has limited channels.
