Pros:

A localização do Hotel é excelente e o hotel está bem conservado. Além disso a limpeza é muito boa, o café é bem interessante e o atendimento da equipe também é muito bom. Eu recomendo o hotel.

Cons:

Fiquei hospedado no quarto 608 e o chuveiro não tinha pressão nenhuma. Fiz a reclamação pessoalmente na recepção por 3 dias consecutivos e não houve solução, tive que tomar banho quase que encostado na parede. Após um dia intenso e cansativo, tudo o que queremos é tomar um bom banho para descansar, infelizmente isso eu não consegui. Poderiam ter oferecido a troca de apartamento ou alguma outra solução, já que o hotel não estava superlotado, mas não ofereceram nenhuma solução.
O hotel da mesma rede em Foz do Iguaçu, nesse sentido, foi bem mais eficiente.

Serviço humanizado e excelente dentro de uma empresa tão grande meus parabéns e muito obrigada

Ola foi a minha primeira vez e amei sempre atenciosos, café da manhã supriu todas expectativas, e quando meu curso acabou depois da diária do hotel me deixaram guardada as malas sem transtorno para locomover com ela pelos lugares.
