Güzel konumda temiz,şık bir otel güzel iki gün geçirdik fakat çıkarken mini bar kontrolün de tüketmediğim iki ürünü tükettiğim söylendi tüketilmediyse sorun değil denmesine rağmen zan altında hissederek otelden çıkış yaptım.
Kimseyi zan altında bırakmak istemeyerek otel içi denetim prosedürlerini gözden geçirmeleri gerektiğini düşünüyorum!!

Oldukca keyifli temiz bir otel genel anlamda eksik yok calisanlar oldukca ilgili ve guler yuzlu deniz plaj mukemmel

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – Erwartungen nicht erfüllt

Wir hatten uns auf einen entspannten Aufenthalt gefreut, doch leider sind unsere Erwartungen in nahezu allen Punkten schon am ersten Tag enttäuscht.
Das Hotel verfügt zwar über einen schönen Strandabschnitt, jedoch ist dieser noch nicht vollständig hergerichtet und wirkt nach wie vor wie eine Baustelle – inklusive Schmutz und unvollständiger Einrichtung. Auch von den drei Restaurants ist nur eines geöffnet, das Café ist gänzlich geschlossen. Laut Leistungsbeschreibung sollte ab dem 15. Mai alles geöffnet sein – an der Rezeption hieß es hingegen, dies werde sich wohl bis Juni verzögern.
Die Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und entsprechen nicht dem Standard, den man von einem Accor Hotel erwartet. Als wir auf ein Upgrade als kleine Wiedergutmachung hofften, wurde uns lediglich eine Fußmassage angeboten – das haben wir dankend abgelehnt.
Obwohl man uns sagte, das Hotel sei ausgebucht, sind Restaurant und Strand leergefegt. Auch der allgemeine Zustand der Anlage und der Service ließen zu wünschen übrig. Dass das Wasser im Badezimmer stark gechlort ist, ist für uns ein absolutes No-Go. Es fließte gelbes Wasser.
Wir hätten uns von einem Accorhotel deutlich mehr erwartet – schade und ärgerlich. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

This was a nice property but our room was a little run down. For example, our sink faucet was faulty and the sink would not drain properly. The shower also had damaged parts that could have been fixed. Many parts of the room required repair. Additionally, I had to write a note for housekeeping to refill my body wash, as they did not do it on their own. Overall, it was a nice hotel/resort and the staff are very helpful. I would also like to add that the room service food and restaurant food in the property is amazing, but for the price the property needs to repair the rooms.

La cama es muy básica para el precio que se paga. El buffet sencillo, y en Turquía por lo general me han tocado mejores en hoteles más sencillos.

La playa muy rica y privada. Buen servicio de bar.

This was my third time staying here and it was just as consistent as my previous visits. All the staff is so welcoming as soon as I came in to check in they upgraded me to a beautiful sea room on the second floor. I believe I was room 2022! The beach area at the pool area was always kept up and highly maintained and everybody was so nice! The restaurant upstairs was delicious. The service was consistent, and the rooms were absolutely impeccably clean. I also booked a few massages at the spa and as expected, they were wonderful. I cannot wait to return next year because it was just so amazing. The Starbucks on the property and that little café was such a charming touch because if you didn’t want a full breakfast, you could just head there and have some coffee and pastries.
The food at the beach bar was so so so good we tried different things on the menu and one was just as good as the other. I never had to call front desk for any issues or anything. They were on top of everything at all times. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful and I can’t wait to see you guys again- Onur Kutlu July 17-20th

1stday there was no internet, later same day no elect and later same day No water !!!!
And of course they had every excuse for every problem !

Girişte yeterince tesis ve konaklama hakkinda bilgi verilmedi. Onun disinda her sey cok muntazamdi.

I liked the new and remodeled property. It was beautifully designed and staff were very friendly.

Enjoy our honeymoon at this place and loved every moment of it. Definitely would come back again!

The hotel and stuff are good the beach is nice but the food is terrible

E' la terza volta che vengo tornerò sicuramente. Non farei accedere gli esterni nella spiaggia dell' hotel

This was our second stay at this property. The facilities are fantastic. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Sea view rooms have great sunset views. Breakfast has large variety and is of very high quality.

We would have given this hotel 6 stars, however a very unfortunate event left a very sour taste in our mourhs. We invited family members for a dinner event. We had checked with the staff 6 times over 3 days on dining options incase the weather did not comply. Upon our guests arrival we went to the restaurant and realized it was too cold to be outside. Having had planned for the weather we headed down to the indoor dining room. We sat at a table and waited for staff to attend. What happened next was appalling. The dining room manager approached our table and asked us to leave. After trying to explain to him our previous disccusions with hotel personnel, his response was, I am the manager and you have to leave. So we got kicked out. We were so embarrassed towards our family members to put it lightly. We made alternative arrangements to go somewhere else.


As a 5 star facility hotel management could have accomodated as promised.

The staff was very nice and helpful at all times. Rooms are spacious and the view from the balcony only makes it better. Room service is always trying to come and clean the room and/or fill the mini fridge. Overall though was one of the best experiences I’ve had on a trip and would definitely go back again if I was planning another trip in that area
