Pros:

The location was nice !

Cons:

The room we stayed in had a nice . For the price we paid the room was way too expensive ! We left one day earlier because the place was not that clean !
We asked for the money back and I’m getting the run around .
I will never stay there again !

I was happy get a room for just one night since many places have minimums. Plenty of towels and parking on site included
Pros:

The staff were very nice. And parking on site was great.

Cons:

The floors in the room were gritty and the hall rugs were also sandy. While the sheets looked clean they didn’t smell clean.

Make it worth the $$$.
Pros:

Pool is great. Staff are friendly.

Cons:

Room was really dirty. Hair all over the bathroon (like 15-20 long strands) and when looking for an oulet plug we foind a crusty old donught wrapper behind the nightstand that was nasty. Clearly not cleaned well enough.

Pros:

Room was well appointed.

Cons:

The staff was totally unaccomodating. No understanding of guest needs. Stayed here before but never experienced this. Last time I'll ever stay here.

A great value for this price point!
Pros:

We rented two rooms for a family trip, and both rooms were spacious, cozy, and most importantly very clean. The a/c worked perfectly on a hot day and the rooms had a wonderful ocean view- would recommend to spend a small amount to upgrade to ocean views.

The pool and beach were lovely, with great bar service.

The receptionists, pool bar, and complimentary shuttle bus driver were all so nice and hospitable.

The location is about a 15-20 min walk from the busy part of P-town and easy to get to.

It was clear the hotel management were doing a lot of work to improve the accommodations and experience - with new furniture at the pool, new boxes of furniture deliveries (temporarily) visible in the lobby, and staff actively to make improvements on site.

Good view, great staff, nice cafe, horrible beds.
Pros:

I loved the view of the ocean. It’s amazing. The staff were great too.

Cons:

I hated the beds. I’m 45% sure I was exposed to fiberglass or something cause my arms felt like they had a bunch of tiny splinters in them.

Bathroom upgrade
Pros:

The location was perfect! Absolutely beautiful!

Cons:

The bathroom could definitely use an upgrade. It was exceptionally tight to maneuver in this space. No where to put your toiletries. Tiny shelf provided was definitely inadequate. I enjoy baths. No stopper to keep water from draining. Toliet itself, was hard to sit on due to limited space between wall and sink.
The toliet got backed up. Asked for Assistance about 4pm. We had to use bathroom facilities in lounge area because no one came. Then after 6pm we were informed that everyone had left for the day. And we could get a plunger and do it ourselves. Which we had no choice. But then at 9:20am the next day you had the tenacity to send someone to help.
Horrible Service!!!

More Motel than Hotel.
Pros:

A quiet but good location for exploring beaches and wildlife. A pleasant 30 min walk from the town, Ubers and Pedicabs were plentiful though. The atmosphere in the main building was very quiet. Lovely historic paintings and features but really not a place it felt comfortable to hang out. It felt like a waste of a great space.
The bar area was also very quiet, we didn’t go in but they had just opened a new breakfast cafe which was more modern and we ate a light breakfast in there one morning. It generally felt a little lacking in facilities.
We had a suite room on the other side of the car park. Nicely decorated but the bathrooms are a little dated. Amazing views over the sea and flats but could have done with some voile curtains for privacy as people were walking past fairly frequently. Big bedroom, living room and two bathrooms so plenty of space. However, the walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbours just talking and unfortunately we had a corridor full of schoolchildren staying the first 2 nights!
The two double rooms we also had in the main building were smaller and very basic with no view at all and I think they were expensive for what we got.
We didn’t use the pool, it’s not heated, as the weather was a little inclement. The beach area was potentially nice but a bin was overflowing and there was rubbish spilling onto the beach. I did see a litter picker in the carpark so he maybe hadn’t got to it yet. Overall we had a nice stay for 3 nights, but if we came to Provincetown again we would probably stay a bit closer to town.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere
Pros:

I was on a tour with 30 people. We enjoyed an excellent buffet dinner here. Food was excellent and service was outstanding . Atmosphere was interesting with the 101 year hotel. The murals of this historic town were fun to view. Our tables also faced the shoreline.
