Tolle Unterkunft mit außergewöhnlichem Frühstück

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem tollen Blick, nettem Personal und einem außergewöhnlichen Frühstück.

Unterkunft top, Personal flop

Hotel wirkt von außen top, innen Flop!

Leider machten wir mehrere unschöne Erfahrungen!
Das Hotel wirkt schon, der Service der Inhaber ist aber an Unfreundlichkeit nicht mehr zu überbieten.
Wir kamen um 13 Uhr ins Hotel, checkin war um 14 Uhr und legten uns an den Pool, um die Zeit zu überbrücken. Hier war außer uns niemand! Der Inhaber kam zu uns und machte uns eine Ansage, dass wir gefälligst nur zwei anstatt vier Liegen nutzen sollen und wir den Pool noch gar nicht nutzen dürfen, da checkin erst nach 14 Uhr ist! Wir lagen 5 Minuten auf den Wasserliegen und nochmal: außer uns war niemand am Pool!
Beim Frühstück wurde das Personal vor allen Gästen angeschrien, dass sie unfähig seien und der Inhaber hat alles möglich verbessert zb die Serviette um 3mm verschoben.
Pünktlich um 11 Uhr haben wir das Zimmer verlassen und legten uns, bis zum Abflug, an den Pool. Hier war außer uns niemand. Dann kamen die Inhaber zu uns und wollten ernsthaft 120 Real pro Person, da wir den Pool noch nutzen! Das ist an Dreisigkeit nicht mehr zu überbieten und reinste Abzocke!
Nochmal: das Hotel ist sehr schön, aber die Inhaber versauen alles daran! Ein Boutique Hotel sein wollen aber Service stimmt null!! Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt, schade. Wir würden es nicht mehr buchen!

Pros:

Der Ausblick und der private Pool (der Pool für alle Gäste sah ebenfalls fabelhaft aus) waren einfach wunderbar. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls liebevoll zu bereitet und am Tisch serviert. Die Ausstattung war den Bildern entsprechend. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt! Mit ein paar Minuten Gehweg ist man an schönen Restaurants und Bars.
Das Bett war super bequem und für die Gepäckaufbewahrung gab es auch eine super Lösung, es wurde sogar eine Umkleide mit Dusche zur Verfügung gestellt.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft hatte ein verhältnismäßig strenges Regelwerk, essen und trinken in bestimmten Bereichen erlaubt, Gäste müssen angemeldet werden...vllt braucht es das damit es so überaus ordentlich bleibt aber es wirkt erstmal abschreckend.

Le personnel et les gérants sont très aimables et disponibles. Le petit déjeuner est fantastique ! Le cadre est magnifique et la présence des petits singes rajoute une touche de magie au séjour.

Cons:

Le manque d'insonorisation dans la suite gingembre, on entend tous les bruits de la rue pavée qui passe devant et les aboiements des chiens voisins toute la nuit comme si on était dehors. Il manque un plateau de courtoisie dans la chambre avec du thé et café à disposition en dehors des heures d'ouverture du petit déjeuner. Les toilettes ne sont pas isolées du reste de la chambre, seule une porte en verre flouté les séparent du reste de la pièce, mais qui ne ferme pas jusqu'au plafond, donc aucune intimité a ce moment là... Et on est obligé de tenir la porte avec notre pied car elle ne tient pas en position fermée.

Pros:

Die Anlage ist wunderschön. Das Frühstück hervorragend. Die Angestellte sind nett und zuvorkommend. Die Besitzer kümmern sich um jedes Anliegen umgehend, geben viele tolle Tipps und sind schnell erreichbar! Toller Ausblick.

Pros:

We had a great stay at Casa Geranio. We loved the view from the pool, the wonderful breakfasts and the friendly staff. We enjoyed walking up into Santa Teressa and being close to the bars in Lapa. Would definitely come again.

Cons:

In the lower room you can hear the classic tram and some cars from the street starting early morning, but it’s part of the neighborhood vibe and at around 21:00 it was quiet again and didn’t really disturb us.
