San Felipe Marina Condohotel

El lugar es bonito y la gente amable. El mar rico y la habitación bien sin embargo se descompuso el aire acondicionado. La estufa no sirve. Una persiana no sirve. Se ve depreciada la propiedad. Le falta mucho mantenimiento.

Main pool was closed and drained of water. Restaurant and bar not open for during dining hours on a Friday night. Room needed some attention. Facility needs maintenance and upgrades. Beach is nice, staff is helpfull and friendly.

The pool was not working. The shower did not drain no one ever answer when calling for help

Fue muy mala experiencia

We didn't get breakfast included, the restaurant was closed for the days we were there. The outdoor pool was not open. One of the rooms AC unit when we woke up was dripping water. And the AC in the living room didn't work.

No me gusto

The staff ordered Chinese take outs for U.S. as the restaurant was closed and nothing nearby.

en general bien el acceso a la playa muy cerca, falto un poco de limpieza en la habitacion y acababan de encender el AC por lo que la habitacion tardo en enfriar casi 2 horas, el maps te lleva a un acceso que no esta abierto, falta renovar la señalizacion en general, hasta para ubicar el lobby

Hotel en ruinas no existe alberca no existe restaurante no existe amenidades de playa, hotel competamente en ruinas y precio elevado.

Muy bonita la vista aún que las habitaciones huelen a humedad

Has stay at this place in the past, but this weekend was terrible, tv didn’t work, wifi didn’t work, restaurant and big pool out of service and to top it all the shower was licking water through the electrical panel

It was terrible, one of the rooms A/C Didn't work told the front desk, they say they're gonna come fix it they never did.... no good... they rooms also had roaches.....

The stay was fine for one night, but the price is quite high.
I chose this hotel because of the impressive photo of an infinity pool, but upon arrival, I found the pool out of service—and it looks like it has been that way for years.

The location is excellent, but the hotel itself is dated, lacks proper amenities, and has a very basic restaurant.

Un poco descuidadas las instalaciones

En las fechas que me hospedé estábamos prácticamente solos! En general la las albercas sin uso!!

Hotel was clean but it definitely needs to be renovated. It lacks of basic amenities like food, snacks or beverage. Internet only worked around the lobby area and we didn't have a control room in our room. Also the main pool was not available due to maintenence, but it seems that the pool has been out for several years. Other than that the property was clean and the limited staff was friendly.

Parecía estar bien, pero está en mantenimiento, no hay alberca, no hay restaurante, no hay agua caliente. Solo la habitación está bien y el personal muy amable.
Deberían de decir eso en su anuncio.

The staff and the location are the only reason I gave it three stars. Location is great, nice beach. But the hotel itself is falling apart. Doors falling off kitchen cabinets. Paint peeling, stucco falling off the walls. Pool has been under repair for a while now. Only small pool open. Not worth the price.
