Pros:

The view is unbeatable!! The staff is friendly and helpful

Cons:

Our room was warm and the windows didn't open in one of the rooms, but there were fans so that was nice

Better off staying at another hotels
Pros:

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience staying here this year. The hallways smelt pretty bad and the hotel room smelt like pee when we walked in. Also, the room was extremely hot. I left the window open all day but it was so extremely hot throughout the night. It made it hard to sleep at night. Also the beds were not comfortable. I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and had a good experience but I think they have changed some things because the hotel was not what I remember it used to be.

Cons:

The front staff was very rude and seem annoyed by our presence. Also, there was rule that no pets were allowed but the front desk staff had a dog that was barking every time we came in and left the hotel.

We enjoyed the view, the room and felt so relaxed the entire time. I would come back again
Pros:

Love the space of the room with a spa tub. Loved the view and how the layout was set up.

Cons:

No AC and the ice machine was out of ice on floor 5

My husband took me their for my birthday and we were happy with the service we got.
Pros:

We stayed at 402, Water view and jacuzzi was spectacular. Stacey🙏👍❤️ did a completely upgrade to waterview for my birthday stay. Jaime and Malory were so nice to us as well.
