Pros:

The room i originally paid for had a gas leak so we could not use the fire place. Do to this inconvenience Gavin upgraded my room so that I could have the amenities I was hoping for and better than the room I had requested.

Upgrading the tv so you can connected to your streaming apps.

Pros:

The room was nice with the fireplace and partial ocean view. The king bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was relaxing.

Cons:

A lot of loose fixtures leaking shower doors no matter what you did would soak the floor when taking a shower and no body wash in the shower it was empty probably just over looked and no water pressure

Pros:

The room was nice, comfortable. It did get a little hot, thankfully they have fans. Shower was great, two shower heads! Room was clean, could see the ocean. My mom really loved the robes.

Cons:

shower door wouldn't stay closed, sinks drained slowly and got hot. sign for hotel is hard to see, didn't know how to use the fireplace, a binder would be helpful.

We love the view of the ocean and the spa tub rooms are perfect for a getaway with your partner to relax and unwind.

Cons:

Room could have been a little more clean as we found garbage/food crumbs in places that should have been an obvious clean. Would like to see them improve beach access by adding a guest only walkway from the hotel to the beach like other hotels nearby have.
