The view and it was quite.
The staff was rude, they had no breakfast. And they had no room cleaning until you checked out. For almost $400 a night I would never go back.
It was much nicer than in the pictures. I was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and updated. I loved the Jacuzzi bathtub right next to the windows. They even had bathrobes laid out on the bed. The bed was very comfortable too!
I wish it had a continental breakfast. But that was certainly not a deal breaker for me.
I always get the same room when I go to the Starfish Manor; it has a jet tub and a balcony. I always enjoy my stay. It's quiet and clean. The staff is always so nice, and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. There's no place I'd rather stay!

Parking
The morning staff are always so nice and welcoming, you’re right in front of the beach so the views are always amazing, it’s decently quiet and you don’t really hear your neighbors too much.
The housekeeping staff are extremely rude, the room we stayed in was absolutely appalling. It had not been cleaned at all, when it was brought up to staff they called housekeeping who came to our room. When I pointed everything out to them she had a horrible attitude and got mad at us. She called her supervisor who came in and made them re clean. We left while they did this, when we came back about 30 minutes later, it did smell better, our sheets were actually clean, however, they still hadn’t cleaned the shower, the conditioner bottle was still completely empty , a bath mat was still stained and you could tell it just hadn’t been washed correctly, and they completely removed our romance package I had ordered. I decided not to try and even get it worked out after that, it was now 6 pm and we just wanted to go have dinner and deal with things later. The room when we got back from dinner was extremely hot, we asked hotel staff if there was anything we could do because they have a fireplace in the room that is giving off intense heat although it’s off. The managers response was ,” no it’s always on try opening a window or using the fan in your room.” Well, the windows don’t open so we had to prop our sliding door open for most of the night and that was just slightly uncomfortable.
Adults only. They don’t understand that seniors are adults. Seniors like senior toilets and lower beds that you can get in to. No way my wife, at 5’2” could get in to or out of the whirlpool tub. Lots of nice restaurants near by. If you take some back to room there’s a refrigerator and microwave. BUT, no dishes, silverware or glasses. Make up/shaving area is a joke. No beach access. You have to trot over to another location to get to beach. Avoid!

The hotel is in a great location with excellent views of the beach. There’s a restaurant just feet’s away from the hotel that has good coffee and breakfast.
The microwave cabinet and coffee maker was not cleaned enough. I cleaned them myself.
They respect our privacy and didn't come in the room the whole duration of our stay.
Wish they had a smoking area around the building and wish they had a complementary breakfast
Love how comfortable the bed is. Tub was perfect for two. So clean and updated. Right on ocean. Two shower heads too.
T v didn't work. Curtains didn't keep all the light out.
