Very disappointed for the price I paid

The ocean view was amazing and so was staff

Our room did not look like the pictures when we booked it. The room was very dirty. We got a Jacuzzi tub. It was very dirty. Couldn’t even use it and that’s why we booked it. There was pee all over the toilet. There was hair all over the shower, the soap dispensers were empty. There was no air-conditioning. It was very hot. They gave us a broken fan at first that was filthy and then they got us one that was better, but it was very hot in that hotel room which made it miserable and it was very dirty. I am very disappointed. I spent $285 for Jacuzzi room and couldn’t even use it because the Jacuzzi tub was so dirty.

The sink was clogged, there is no AC they do provide a fan. The bed was very spring like and the wifi didnt work.

We had an enjoyable time at the residence, aside from the lack of central heating/AC.
Pros:

The location was very nice. Directly on the beach, with beautiful views of sunset. The hot tub in the room was awesome.

Good but could've been easily better!
Pros:

Good view if weather cooperated. The items in room were accommodating.

Cons:

Bed wasn't comfortable. Faucet dripped overnight into tub. A considerable amount of water gathered. Since bed wasn't comfortable, would have been nice to have a comfortable chair.
