No pude alojarme porque tenían overbooking y tuve que buscar alojamiento a altas horas de la noche
The room was nice with the beachfront view. The room was clean and the Jacuzzi was relaxing.
The bed was pretty uncomfortable and the shower leaked water all over the floor every time we'd showered. Shower heads are not the best either. The room got super hot at night due to no ac. Had to leave the door all the way open both nights. Not a big deal because we were up on the 5th floor but would suck if we were on ground level.
Loved the clean feeling the building had, really enjoyed the close water sounds and views.
Broken bathroom fan, bad offered coffee, no included amenities for the prices, no included breakfast. Would’ve felt safer if the spa tubs had railings even though there is warming to be careful getting in and out of the bath but these tubs are hazards
We loved the Jacuzzi tub with the gorgeous view with a balcony. The cute bathrobes that were provided. The staff was amazing.
The towels could of been bigger. And there should be a bigger sign around the tub to let you know it's need to be properly filled before turning the jets on.
The view however it doesn’t have access to the beach
Price, for what I paid I was expecting a better room with good higiene but the room

The front desk lady was rude. And they double charged me for the room and then it evidently will take up to 5 days to refund me here in 2026 for some reason. They dont have air conditioning despite having a jacuzzi inside the room so it was very stuffy. They were remodeling and the rates did not reflect the fact that everything was torn apart throughout the hotel. Ice machine was missing etc. There was a strange list of rules stating things like if you leave "unnecessary" stains on linens they will charge you and i thought that was weird. There was also no beach access even tho its right on the beach. Its a great beginning to a vacation spot but was lacking in a number of ways that could easily be improved

The staff was very friendly. The ocean views from the room were fantastic.
The room i originally paid for had a gas leak so we could not use the fire place. Do to this inconvenience Gavin upgraded my room so that I could have the amenities I was hoping for and better than the room I had requested.
Upgrading the tv so you can connected to your streaming apps.
The room was nice with the fireplace and partial ocean view. The king bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was relaxing.
There is no housekeeping service until you leave.

Great location great staff clean and tidy facility
A lot of loose fixtures leaking shower doors no matter what you did would soak the floor when taking a shower and no body wash in the shower it was empty probably just over looked and no water pressure
Brita helped us at the front desk. She was so awesome. Very professional and cheerful attitude. We arrived later than expected. She was more than accommodating.
