No kitchen, very small refrigerator for two bedrooms suite.
Location. By the road, but close to Estes Park
Charged USD 50 for incidentals at checkin, still not returned to my card (almost 1 month after checkout). No answer from the hotel, Requsted booking.com to help with that
The balcony room was great. Bed was comfy! I like the layout of the room. I wished the AC was not in the sitting room. I liked the 2 TV’s and 2 dressers. The bathroom was a good size. The breakfast was good every day. I liked the coffee bar. Location was great. The swimming pool was very cool…needed more heat. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like the fact that you had to have such restricted time frames to go to the gym and sign a waiver every time. Also, I am a smoker and was required to stand out by the road between two white lines. That was the only designated smoking area, although my room was in the rear of the hotel where I could have smoked at the property line and it was far away from rooms. Staff could have been more friendly. Also had to go through what seemed to be an old entrance to find the coffee. Since the breakfast area was locked until serving time. Just happened upon this coffee. Better communication would help.

The location is great and the hotel has a number of useful amenities like a pool and hot tub. The breakfast is very solid. The room was clean and equipped with several useful items.
The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The price is ludicrously high. Prices in Estes Park generally have tripled since 2001.

The breakfast was not good. And the fitness center was terrible. Broken and dilapidated equipment. No dumbbells. No ice or elevator in the building.
We loved how comfortable the beds and pillows were. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here next time!
