Well appoinnted room was comfortable and clean. Heater worked well and the walk-in shower was a nice touch for us older folks who have trouble stepping in/out of a tub. The breakfast was very good with waffles, eggs, potatoes and sausages in addition to the usual assortment of baked goods. Location is very good, close to the park entrance and a short walk from shops and restaurants. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
The breakfast area is vey small and cramped. We had to wait for a table, and when filled with guests and waffle irons and chafing dishes throwing off heat, was uncomfortably hot and stuffy. And the switch just inside the door of our room doesn't seem to go to any lights.

Needs bigger space for breakfast. We went someplace else because to many people too small of space.

Ausstattung der Zimmer und vom Hotel entsprach der Beschreibung.
Parking direkt vorm Hotel.
Room Service auf Abruf, was für uns für 4 Nächte eher praktisch war.
Das Motel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße zum West-Entrance.
Einige Restaurants und Shops sind zu Fuß in nur wenige Minuten erreichbar.
Das amerikanisches Frühstück war absolut Okay.
Kaffee to go in Überfluss.
Das Personal war freundlich und behilflich.
In Anbetracht, dass West Yellowstone nicht der billigste Ort ist und das Hotel fast ständig ausgebucht ist, war der Preis für uns In Ordnung.
Der Frühstücksraum war viel zu klein, zu wenig Sitzplätze.
Wir haben sonst nichts zu bemängeln.
Gute Lage zum Yellowstone NP. Ideales Quartier für zwei bis drei Tage. Viele Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen.

Carrefour très Bruyant. Porte très mal isolée. Et climatisation qui fait un bruit d'enfer.
The service was very good. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was a plus. Close to the park and good restaurants. Very glad we stayed there.
I didn't like that we could not contact booking.com. We checked out 2 days early and expected a refund. Best Western told us they would refund if booked directly through Best Western. Could not find a contact number for booking.com. Will never book through booking.com again.
