I like Best Western, Just Not This One
Pros:

Front desk staff were friendly, if not overly enthusiastic. The beds were comfortable and the linens were cleaned. AC worked.

Cons:

Lucky the place isn't in an earthquake prone part of the world because it looked about ready to fall over. Inconsistent paint jobs, badly patched dents in the wall, uneven ceiling tiles, the bottom of the shower tub was higher than the bathroom floor, which made me trip. The countertop in the bathroom was being propped up by two random pieces of wood wedged between the countertop and the top of the toilet tank. The breakfast was mediocre and I ended up eating out the second morning after finding A COCKROACH in my bathroom.

We have stayed here several times through the years. It may be time to move on.
Pros:

The room temp was good once we got it set so it wasn't freezing in there. The room was clean.

Cons:

The pull pin in the bathtub to re-route the water to the shower head needs to be replaced. It took me several minutes to move it for the shower head and I left it there as it would have been jammed if pushed back down.
The lounge chair in the room is really deep making it very hard to sit in. Even with 2 pillows behind my wife's back, it was too deep. Who buys chairs like these?

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!
Pros:

This by far was the worst hotel I have stayed in. The room was filthy, breakfast was absolutely terrible. The helpfulness of the assistant manager was terrible. I never asked for a refund because of the condition of the room however I was told I would get one. I never did get refund, but I was given a receipt with a zero balance. However, the money was not refunded to my credit card after numerous times of explaining I will not get paid my expenses if I do not get a receipt with a balance or to just refund the money neither ever happened. I even reached out to Best Western corporate support they could not help at all. They basically said that since the property is privately owned that it would have to be handled through the hotel. The owner of the hotel never contacted me at all so I’m assuming they really don’t care about their guests. I will never stay here again and I suggest no one else does either.

Extremely disappointing for a BW. Will NOT stay there again!

Comfortable bed. Tiny parking facilities if you’re unlucky enough to have a trailer with you.
Pros:

I enjoyed a cup of coffee because that’s all that was left except a few potatoes.
No juice, no eggs, no sausage, waffle mix but no syrup. I think you get the picture.

Sleeping in beds was nice.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent enough. No coffee available for customers unless during breakfast hours.

Cons:

I have stayed in the hotel before but this stay was disappointing. Our room refrigerator was filthy enough that I washed a shelf to place my things on. The hotel phone on nightstand was so dirty I didn’t touch it. I realize this is a pet friendly hotel however you can still have a cleaner hotel.
