Get a new Hotel! Staff stinks. Oh get there early for br before all food runs out in 15 min.
Pros:

Close to Event, and beds were comfortable. Near restaurants.

Cons:

I asked for a room on 1st floor, and i understand sometimes that can't work. O.K.! So I get the last room at the Hotel.
335 rooms 3 stories. I get room 335 3rd floor. Thankx! 2- I said check in 3 p.m. they said not before 3 ok. I get there 15 min. early there is a line out the door to check-in. Thankx Again. 3- The room door you had to push on because it must have been kicked in at one time. - Final (You stole my Towel)!

Pros:

Bed was super comfortable. 3rd floor was nice and quiet throughout the night. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The building and rooms itself need upgrades. The bathroom was clean but had visibly old, discolored caulk around fixtures. It looks like things were fixed but were done sloppily. The breakfast was not good. Everything was mostly gone at 8:30 when it ended at 9:30. We waited for more food to be brought out but it was slow. Nothing tasted great.

old smelly place
Pros:

The hot water was great and they had an exhaust fan in the bathroom!!

Cons:

The smell.
Smokers outside the door walking into the building. Elevator had bad odor. 3rd floor had a bad ordor walking down the hall. Room walking into had a stale, moldy and musky smell.

All in all very good and comfortable.

It was not the stay we had been promised and paid for.
Pros:

Crystal the manager was very nice and did her best to accommodate and make things right for us. She is the type of staff I’d always want to deal with. She was great.

Cons:

The bathroom, especially the shower, was dirty with hair and dirt streaks. The tables were dusty, lamp was pushed against a wall falling slightly, and the worst part was the smell of marijuana in the hotel… nothing seems like it had been cleaned in a while. Housekeeping came to clean the shower but even after that the shower still had dirt. So we ended having to leave a day early.

I like Best Western, Just Not This One
Pros:

Front desk staff were friendly, if not overly enthusiastic. The beds were comfortable and the linens were cleaned. AC worked.

Cons:

Lucky the place isn't in an earthquake prone part of the world because it looked about ready to fall over. Inconsistent paint jobs, badly patched dents in the wall, uneven ceiling tiles, the bottom of the shower tub was higher than the bathroom floor, which made me trip. The countertop in the bathroom was being propped up by two random pieces of wood wedged between the countertop and the top of the toilet tank. The breakfast was mediocre and I ended up eating out the second morning after finding A COCKROACH in my bathroom.
