Gute Lage des Hotels
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels finde ich sehr gut, nahe bei der Stadt und am See. Die Mitarbeitenden sind zuvorkommend. Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas klein, das Angebot für mich jedoch ausreichend.
Um den Graits-Parkplatz bin ich sehr froh!

Cons:

Im Waschbecken hat es schon seit längerem keinen Stöpsel mehr.....

Die Lage war top, nahe zum See, erschlossen, nahe zum Bahnhof und dem Zentrum. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar.

Cons:

Man konnte das Gepäck in einem Raum deponieren, es hat jedoch keine Kontrolle darüber geherrscht, wer den Raum betritt.

- sehr hilfsbereites Receptionspersonal
- Parkmöglichkeit im Hinterhof
- grosszügiges Doppelzimmer

Cons:

- sehr kleine Duschkabine
- karges Angebot von Annehmlichkeiten im Zimmer (Hygieneartikel beschränken sich auf Taschentücher und Seifen-Spender an der Wand)
- Balkonzimmer ist nichts für Lärmempfindliche, die nachts frische Luft brauchen 😉

Trop bruyant
Pros:

Le petit déjeuné, le parking pratique, la dame de la réception qui est venue scotcher la VMC décrochée

Cons:

La VMC faisait trop de bruit et se décrochait malgré le scotch, j’ai attendu 15 min en arrivant c’était un peu long sachant que je venais déjà de faire la route, trop de bruit toute la nuit les voisins, les portes et un bruit « poc - poc »qui était là toute la nuit, lit un poil trop dur. J’a dormi que 2h cette nuit là. Pourtant j’étais déjà venue et tout avait été au top.

La décoration de notre chambre côté cour était moderne et actuel. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était très bien garni.

Cons:

Le lit était un peu ferme, à mon goût, et la salle de bains mériterait d’être rénovée, comme la chambre.

Le buffet était correct. L'accueil très fluide. La chambre minimale mais fonctionnelle.

Cons:

Les moisissures dans les joints de la douche. Ça devrait partir avec de l'eau de javel.
Le robinet salle de bain cassé.
Pas de lumière au plafond, lumière générale. Il faut allumer la lampe.
