Cons:

Choix du lit double non respecté. Une serviette pour deux malgré relance. Ampoule HS sans être changée.
Douche bouillante malgré 10 minutes d'attente eau ouverte. Pas de ravitaillement au petit déjeuner à 9h15...

In sehr guter Lage zum See.
Pros:

Die Lage zum Festival-Gelände war super. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war gut. Leider war es zwischen den Buffets sehr eng und es hatte im Raum keinen Platz mehr zum Sitzen. wir mussten uns zu einer Gruppe in der Lobby setzen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war trotz Ventilator extrem warm. Wir mussten das Fenster öffnen, sonst hätten wir wie keine Luft bekommen. Dadurch war es halt extrem lärmig.

Insatisfecho tengo que ir otra vez dado que no voy regalar mi otra reserva que no la quieren anular

Personal de hotel no sabe solucionar problemas de los clientes. Solo les interesa tu dinero.
Me equivoqué con los días de la reserva puse 24/8/26 hasta 26/8/26 y realicé el pago y me di cuenta que los días que quería eran 17/8/26 hasta 19/8/26 .
Intenté contactar con mensaje i informar de mi error y simplemente cambiar fechas. Nada que hacer ni caso .
Hice otra reserva con días correctos pensando que entenderán y devolverán primera reserva .
Nada que hacer se quedan con dinero de las dos reservas así se trata los clientes que se equivocaron.
Hice dos solicitudes a través de booking de la devolución de la reserva y las denega el hotel.
Ni siquiera les interesa el porqué.
Ninguna gana de entender. Ni siquiera leen los mensajes. En el hotel lo mismo les da igual,
Opinar si es normal esto .

Falta de nevera en la Habitacion aire acondicionado.
Hice la primera reserva equivocada luego la segunda correcta y no devolvieron el dinero de la reserva equivocada. Nunca volveré a este lugar. Me faltan palabras para describir este hotel y su personal

jedoch ein sehr kleines Speisesall für so ein grosses Hotel. Die Tische beim Frühstück waren schnell alle besetzt,das Personal hat es nicht geschaft sie so schnell zu räumen.
