The bedroom was not made properly, one pillowcase was missing and the wallpaper was dated. Service desk was great though!

Her ne kadar çalışan personelin ilgisi, alakası 5 yıldız olsa da, konumu açısından da 5 yıldızı hak etse de, odaların çok kirli, yatağın son derece rahatsız edici (yatak bir şilte inceliğinde) son 2 gün sıcak suyun olmaması oteli maalesef pek tavsiye edebilecek konuma sokmuyor. Hele ki fiyat ile odaların bu çok kötü ve pis hali hiç örtüşmüyor.

Fantastic location in front of Mother Theresa House, as well as walking distance to all major attractions in the city.

Reception staff were all pleasant.

However, wifi is very bad and the room itself if dim and shows sign of age. Not sure if the carpet was vacuumed regularly or if they disinfect the toilet. First night in, they didnt have shampoo/body wash. They refilled it with hand soap only. No way to call reception from the room.

Otelin otoparkı varmış gibi belirtilmiş fakat otelin otoparkı yok. Oda da otel terliği yok. O da ısıtıcısı yetersizdir.

Good hotel for the price! Close to everything. Room was clean and average. Only con was that our non smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke.

For the price it was ok for me. The personal at the reception desk was friendly and helpfull. The hotel is situated in the very city center close to a lot of restaurants and bars.

Hotel located right in the center. Hotel staff is excellent.

Such an amazing hotel. Great location and the staff were absolutely brilliant and extremely helpful. Great value for money.

Best Western hotel Turist is a nice small-sized three-star hotel located in the center of Skopje.The rooms are clean and have everything you need if you are looking for an inexpensive and modest lodging...The interior is a little bit retro but that did not bother me at all..

A localização é excelente. Há um parque de estacionamento público perto! Uma das recepcionistas é extremamente simpática e dá excelentes indicações sobre os locais a visitar. O edredão da cama é muito estreito! No pequeno almoço no 2° dia estavam as mesas todas ocupadas e foi um pouco confuso.

Otel eski olmasına rağmen çok güler yüzlü bir personel gurubuna sahip. Eski olmanın dezavantajlarını bu şekilde kapatıyorlar.

No parking area- but they say they have.
No street to go by car, only by walk. But no information about this.
İ called them that i will not come to the hotel and they didnt return my money.
Hotels.com said that they will return it and they dont either.

The heater, elevator, hot water and television doesn’t work. The room is really cold. I’d you can don’t stay this hotel.

Although parking was advertised as onsite, due to recent construction you can not actually drive up to the hotel, but are directed to park in a nearby parking garage which is a 7 minute walk away (with luggage). And then you must pay for your parking yourself, although in the end it only came to 1100 MKD for 2 nights.
The front desk staff were friendly, cheerful & helpful. A special shout out to our fellow Canadian, who recently move to Skopje to rediscover her family roots, Elena!

The hotel is in downtown. Everything is close by. The staff were very friendly and the service was perfect.

I strongly recommend this hotel.
