No air conditioner , free breakfast it’s not friendly when , we got there was missing scramble eggs , I ask one of the kitchen staff pregnant unpleasant woman with an attitude, I told her need scramble eggs she just replied they are cooking or coming soon , but they were not well cook scramble eggs they were soak of water like watery , with eggs you have to cook 100 percent to avoid salmonella or people can acquire poison soup

Pros:

The location is perfect, the room was a good size and the bed was super comfortable. We had a good size balcony with an ocean view. Coffee in the room and a refrigerator was also very nice.

Cons:

The balcony door did not have a screen and the room did not have air conditioning. Carmel doesn't typically need air conditioning because it is a coastal town.

Comfortable stay in a great location
Pros:

We got upgraded to the suite, and it was a pleasant surprise! The room was very spacious and clean, with the ocean view from the balcony. The bed was quite comfortable. The location is great

Awesome boutique hotel!!!!
Pros:

This hotel was so conveniently located, just a few blocks from Ocean Avenue where a lot of the action is in Carmel. We walked to our dinner at Nora’s ( a GREAT restaurant) and then walked the shops back to the hotel. Very quiet, very clean, comfortable bed, and excellent staff with parking. There is a little store not 1/2 block away. It was a terrific value. I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

It was a little dated but super clean which was more important to me.

Love where it’s at in Carmel so easy to walk everywhere

it turned out to be very warm and there was no air-conditioning, but we opened the window and put the fan on
