There's nothing fancy about this hotel, but it was comfortable and very nicely located to get to Zion (great option if you want to avoid the Springdale traffic). The front desk staff were super friendly and very helpful. It was also quite convenient to have gas stations and a convenience store right by.

No one at desk until 3pm. Left a day early, went to office the night before at 9pm and was greeted with a no vacancy sign. No one there. Parking lot had 10 vehicles in it. I guess they never knew we left a whole day early.
