Williams mit seiner Umgebung ist fantastisch. In dieser Stadt ist die Zeit stehen geblieben 😍

Die ruhige Lage des Hotels. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer völlig in Ordnung.

Przyjemny hotel położony w spokojnej, leśnej okolicy. Pokoje są duże i czyste, a łóżka bardzo wygodne. W hotelu znajduje się niewielki, ale zadbany i przyjemny basen, który podczas naszego pobytu nie był zatłoczony.
Dla gości dostępne są bezpłatna kawa z ekspresu oraz woda. W cenę pobytu wliczone jest śniadanie – całkiem przyzwoite jak na amerykańskie standardy hotelowe.
Na miejscu znajduje się również steakhouse, który jest dobrym rozwiązaniem, jeśli wieczorem nie ma się ochoty wyjeżdżać samochodem z hotelu. Hotel dysponuje także dużym parkingiem.
Ogólnie bardzo przyjemny i komfortowy pobyt. Polecam!

Cons:

J’ai été très surprise de découvrir que le ménage des chambres n’était effectué qu’un jour sur deux, car cette information ne m’a pas semblé clairement indiquée lors de la réservation.

Le plus étonnant est que la chambre n’a même pas été faite le lendemain de notre arrivée. Sur nos 4 nuits de séjour, elle n’a donc été nettoyée qu’une seule fois. Nous avons également dû réclamer des serviettes propres, ce qui est assez décevant pour un établissement de cette gamme.

Au-delà de l’organisation du service, c’est surtout le décalage entre les prestations proposées et ce que l’on attend d’un hôtel Hilton qui nous a surpris. Au vu du prix payé, nous espérions un service plus attentif et un meilleur suivi. Cette expérience ne correspond malheureusement pas au niveau de qualité que nous pensions trouver dans un établissement de cette catégorie.

Rt 66 Dream stay
Pros:

This was by far the best place we stayed on our Rt 66 tour. Just a beautiful location. Wonderful property in every way. Desk staff so friendly. Breakfast staff very welcoming. Room so nice.

Emplacement à la fois à la sortie de l'autoroute et au milieu de la forêt. Le personnel était particulièrement agréable. Le restaurant sur place était délicieux et le personnel de service très attentif à ce que nous ne manquions de rien. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir enfin de la vraie vaisselle (et pas de la vaisselle jetable) pour le petit déjeuner!

Spa très agréable en fin de journée!
Nous avons regretté de n'être restés qu'une nuit.

Les chambres ont de la moquette ce qui n'est pas très hygiénique.

We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. The room was spacious and peaceful, and the hotel is set in a beautiful location. I especially appreciated the guest laundry facilities, which were very convenient during our trip. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and can only say positive things about our stay.
