Everything was splendid, but the location was superb.

I’ve been around and this is the best hotel experience ever

Cons:

Somehow my pet fee didn’t get charged at the time of initial payment and so I was charged double at check in. The hotel was worth it.

Lovely stay
Pros:

I liked the location, and the vibe of the hotel. Nice fireplace outside. Complimentary coffee and water to drink. Nice dining facility. Cute gift shop. I loved all the art that was placed around the hotel.

Cons:

I think all hotels should have nightstands on both sides of the beds.

Pros:

The location was great, the staff was kind and helpful, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the room reeked of bleach so strongly it gave me a headache. We booked for two nights but ended up leaving after the first night.

Great place to stay on route 66
Pros:

Beautiful place, very clean. Dogs are welcome, they even have an excellent walking path behind the building. Staff was excellent!

Cons:

The bed had a huge lump and was very uncomfortable, made it hard to sleep.

Pros:

Room and bathroom were both spotlessly clean. Plenty of lovely soft whte towels. Large, very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Comfy chair & footstool, fridge & coffee maker in the room. Maria, the lovely lady who serviced ur room was very helpful & friendly. Breakfast was buffet style, with a selection of hot items (which changed daily), cereals, muffins, toast, bagels etc, which were re-stocked regularly, coffee, juices milk etc. Coffee always available from the free coffee machine in the lobby area, as wel as a water fountain to fill cups or bottles. Would certainly recommend this hotel - we have stayed here a couple of times before & have no hesitation to stay there again in the future. Good price too!

Cons:

The only problem we encoutered was noise from the room directly above the ones we had. It sounded like children with clogs on running from one end of the room to the other numerous times & maybe jumping on & off the beds. This happened 2 days on the run for maybe 2 or 3 hours from around 3:30pm, then it went quiet, before starting again at around 8pm until about 10pm. Although I don't know for certain, but I suspect that maybe the parents had left the children in the room '(suposedly watching TV), whilst they went down to the bar and/or restaurant. I did speak about this to the friendly lady on reception the following day, who said that if it happened again, then to report this to the person on duty, who could then take action. I don't blame the hotel for this, it was not their fault - parents should be looking after their own children & keeping them in check, to avoid causing any annoyance to other hotel guests - so this isn't a complaint against the hotel itself or the staff. We were probably just unlucky that the family upstairs were there at the same time as us. Otherwise our stay was very enjoyable & we will return again in the future.
