Dissapointed.
Pros:

Friendly staff and cleanliness. Disappointed. Breakfast was good. Location good.

Cons:

Water pressure in shower was terrible!
We chose to stay here specifically for the heated pool. Was so disappointed! It was too cold to enjoy.
No microwave in room and frig was way too small.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a great value!

Pros:

It was a no frills hotel room. They provide a breakfast but I left too early.

Outside staircase to access room from outside walkway facing parking lot.

Convenient location. Nice facility. Liked interior rooms. Close to airport but no aircraft noise inside!!

Cons:

No elevator. Saw customers struggle going up stairs. Breakfast was lacking.

Stayed for a week and would do so again!
Pros:

We were in room 224. It was well situated and it was quiet and we were very comfortable. The fridge was cold and the bed was comfy. I was very impressed.

Cons:

Really, there was nothing! It was a great stay!

Not the cleanest hotel
Pros:

The location and staff were great! Later check-out than most hotels and breakfast was decent.

Cons:

There were stains on most of the linens and we saw a couple of bugs in our room. Everything was fine besides those things. Unfortunately those few things really made the stay uncomfortable for us.

this is an old hotel with exterior access to the rooms. That wasn't bad but unexpected.. reminded us of the 1970's. The interior was ok but dated. The bathroom had newer faucets but just seemed tired.seemed a bit cramped for a double queen.

Proximity to airport.

Cons:

Our first room had no window to the outdoors and therefore no natural light. There was a window which looked out to a common hallway with significant guest/staff traffic. The closet and the coffeemaker were perplexingly located in the bathroom.

The staff did switch our room upon request which was appreciated. Would still rate it as a below-average room/facilities.

Underwhelmed in Boise
Pros:

The common area inside the building was nice. The breakfast had nice options.

Cons:

Our room had an exterior door that faced the airport. We were not aware there were exterior rooms like a motel at this location and we asked for a different room. None were available. The tub drains very slow and the room was extremely small.
